Abstract
1. Способ стендовых испытаний узлов, агрегатов автомобиля и элементов их крепления на долговечность, заключающийся в том, что испытуемые агрегаты и элементы их крепления устанавливают на раме стенда, идентичной по геометрическим и жесткостным характеристикам раме автомобиля; для назначения режима испытаний определяют амплитудно-частотную характеристику агрегатов с элементами их крепления; определяют резонансную частоту, отличающийся тем, что устанавливают частоту возбуждающего воздействия fдолг, при которой проводят сравнительные испытания для пары агрегатов, один из которых является эталонным, и элементов их крепления; определяют разницу в величине амплитуд виброускорений узлов, агрегатов. ! 2. Способ стендовых испытаний агрегатов и элементов их крепления на долговечность по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для назначения режима испытаний определяют амплитудно-частотную характеристику агрегатов с элементами их крепления в диапазоне частот реального эксплуатационного колебательного режима, но нагрузочный режим при этом задается для всех агрегатов десятикратно пониженный относительно максимального эксплуатационного виброускорения. ! 3.
