Abstract
1. Нетканый материал, включающий: ! в целом плоское и самонесущее ядро неорганического основного волокна и органического вяжущего волокна; ! органическое вяжущее волокно, включающее вяжущий компонент и структурный компонент в виде единичных нитей; при этом ! точка плавления вяжущего компонента является достаточно ниже, чем точка плавления структурного компонента, таким образом, когда органическое вяжущее волокно нагревают приблизительно до точки плавления вяжущего компонента, тогда неорганическое основное волокно и органическое вяжущее волокно, по меньшей мере, частично связываются друг с другом; и ! органическое вяжущее волокно, имеющее прочность волокна при нагрузке на разрыв приблизительно 10 г или меньше и удлинение приблизительно 20% или меньше. ! 2. Нетканый материал по п.1, где структурный компонент включает смолу и наполнитель, смешанный с ней. ! 3. Нетканый материал по п.2, где структурный компонент включает от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 50 вес.% наполнителя. ! 4. Нетканый материал по п.2, где наполнитель выбран из группы, включающей карбонат кальция, глину, тальк, кремнезем, полевой шпат, нефелин, слюду, волластонит, перлит, стекло, силикаты, диоксид титана, сульфат кальция и их смеси. ! 5. Нетканый материал по п.1, где неорганическое основное волокно составляет от приблизительно 30 до приблизительно 90% по весу нетканого материала. ! 6. Способ формирования нетканого материала по п.1, включающий этапы, на которых: ! обеспечивают неорганическое основное волокно и органическое вяжущее волокно; ! формируют неорганическое основное волокно и органическое вяжущее волокно в нетканый холст и ! нагревают нетканый
Claims (10)
1. Нетканый материал, включающий:
в целом плоское и самонесущее ядро неорганического основного волокна и органического вяжущего волокна;
органическое вяжущее волокно, включающее вяжущий компонент и структурный компонент в виде единичных нитей; при этом
точка плавления вяжущего компонента является достаточно ниже, чем точка плавления структурного компонента, таким образом, когда органическое вяжущее волокно нагревают приблизительно до точки плавления вяжущего компонента, тогда неорганическое основное волокно и органическое вяжущее волокно, по меньшей мере, частично связываются друг с другом; и
органическое вяжущее волокно, имеющее прочность волокна при нагрузке на разрыв приблизительно 10 г или меньше и удлинение приблизительно 20% или меньше.
2. Нетканый материал по п.1, где структурный компонент включает смолу и наполнитель, смешанный с ней.
3. Нетканый материал по п.2, где структурный компонент включает от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 50 вес.% наполнителя.
4. Нетканый материал по п.2, где наполнитель выбран из группы, включающей карбонат кальция, глину, тальк, кремнезем, полевой шпат, нефелин, слюду, волластонит, перлит, стекло, силикаты, диоксид титана, сульфат кальция и их смеси.
5. Нетканый материал по п.1, где неорганическое основное волокно составляет от приблизительно 30 до приблизительно 90% по весу нетканого материала.
6. Способ формирования нетканого материала по п.1, включающий этапы, на которых:
обеспечивают неорганическое основное волокно и органическое вяжущее волокно;
формируют неорганическое основное волокно и органическое вяжущее волокно в нетканый холст и
нагревают нетканый холст для связывания, по меньшей мере, части неорганического основного волокна с, по меньшей мере, частью органического вяжущего волокна для формирования в целом плоской и самонесущей структуры.
7. Способ по п.6, где:
неорганическое основное волокно выбирают из группы, включающей минеральную вату, шлаковую вату, асбестовую вату и их смеси, и оно имеет содержание твердых включений до приблизительно 60 вес.%;
нетканый материал включает от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 50 вес.% наполнителя, смешанного со смолой; и
наполнитель выбирают из группы, включающей карбонат кальция, глину, тальк, кремнезем, полевой шпат, нефелин, слюду, волластонит, перлит, стекло, силикаты, диоксид титана, сульфат кальция и их смеси.
8. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий этап, на котором:
обеспечивают пористый облицовочный материал, который в целом удерживает неорганическое основное волокно и органические вяжущие волокна на нем в течение связывания.
9. Способ по п.8, где:
пористый облицовочный материал имеет аэродинамическое сопротивление приблизительно 2000 Па·с/м или меньше, прочность на разрыв, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 10 psi, жесткость Герли, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 500 единиц, и основную массу от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 200 г/м2.
10. Способ по п.8, дополнительно включающий этап, на котором:
присоединяют пористый облицовочный материал к в целом плоской и самонесущей структуре.
