Abstract
Способ регенерации отработанных масел, заключающийся в соединении отработанного масла, например, перемешиванием с адсорбентом в реакторе, отстаивании и последующей сепарации образовавшейся эмульсии, отличающийся тем, что в нем в качестве адсорбента берут гуминовую кислоту, при этом предварительно приготавливают в реакторе 3%-ный раствор гуминовой кислоты в 0,5%-ном водном растворе щелочи при перемешивании в течение 5-10 мин, после чего вводят в реактор отработанное масло в соотношении 1:2 и перемешивают в течение 30 мин, а полученной эмульсии дают отстояться 10-15 ч до разделения фаз, затем очищенное отработанное масло подвергают двойной сепарации.
