Abstract
1. Способ получения сорбентов на основе силаминированного МПС, модифицированного комплексами ПАНИ с полисульфокислотой, ! отличающийся тем, что при полимеризации анилина в присутствии полисульфокислоты на поверхности силаминированного МПС в объеме реакционной смеси не образуются частицы ПАНИ, что значительно облегчает процедуру последующей очистки сорбентов и эффективность их применения для выделения и очистки биополимеров. ! 2. Способ по п.1, где комплексы ПАНИ с полисульфокислотой образуются непосредственно на поверхности силаминированного МПС в результате проведении окислительной полимеризации анилина на поверхности силаминированного стекла, модифицированного полисульфокислотой. ! 3. Способ по п.1, где комплексы ПАНИ с полисульфокислотой получают предварительно путем проведения окислительной полимеризации анилина в растворе в присутствии полисульфокислоты, а затем проводят сорбцию полученных поликомплеков н поверхности силаминированного МПС. ! 4. Сорбент, полученный способом по любому из пп.1-3, где в качестве полисульфокислоты используют полистиролсульфокислоту (ПСС). ! 5. Вариант применения полученных ПАНИ-содержащих сорбентов для одностадийного выделения и очистки ДНК из бактериальных лизатов. ! 6. Вариант применения полученных ПАНИ-содержащих сорбентов для одностадийного выделения и очистки ДНК из растительной ткани. 1. The sorbent obtained by the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, where polystyrenesulfonic acid (PSS) is used as polysulfonic acid. ! 5. A variant of the application of the obtained PANI-containing sorbents for one-step isolation and purification of DNA from bacterial lysates. ! 6. A variant of the application of the obtained PANI-containing sorbents for one-step isolation and purification of DNA from plant tissue.
