Abstract
1. Способ цементирования в подземном пласте, в котором: ! обеспечивают способную к схватыванию композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости, содержащей гидравлический цемент, цементную пыль, воду и добавку, замедляющую схватывание, при этом схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости сохраняет удобное для перекачивания насосом текучее состояние в течение, по меньшей мере, около одного дня; ! добавляют в схватываемую композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости ускорителя схватывания цемента; ! вводят схватываемую композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости в ствол скважины; ! обеспечивают схватываемой композиции с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости возможность схватиться. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости сохраняет удобное для перекачивания насосом текучее состояние в течение, по меньшей мере, около 5 дней. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости схватывается, после чего характеризуется прочностью на сжатие при 72-часовых испытаниях при 140°F (60°С), по меньшей мере, 100 фунтов/кв. дюйм (0,69 МПа). ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором схватываемую композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости вводят в пространство между подземным пластом и расположенной в нем колонной труб. ! 5. Способ по п.1, в котором гидравлический цемент присутствует в составе схватываемой композиции с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости в количестве от примерно 25 вес.% до примерно 75 вес.%, при этом ц
Claims (20)
1. Способ цементирования в подземном пласте, в котором:
обеспечивают способную к схватыванию композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости, содержащей гидравлический цемент, цементную пыль, воду и добавку, замедляющую схватывание, при этом схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости сохраняет удобное для перекачивания насосом текучее состояние в течение, по меньшей мере, около одного дня;
добавляют в схватываемую композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости ускорителя схватывания цемента;
вводят схватываемую композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости в ствол скважины;
обеспечивают схватываемой композиции с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости возможность схватиться.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости сохраняет удобное для перекачивания насосом текучее состояние в течение, по меньшей мере, около 5 дней.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости схватывается, после чего характеризуется прочностью на сжатие при 72-часовых испытаниях при 140°F (60°С), по меньшей мере, 100 фунтов/кв. дюйм (0,69 МПа).

6. Способ по п.1, в котором добавка для замедления схватывания включает, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, подобранную из группы, в которую входят органическая кислота, лигносульфат и искусственный замедлитель схватывания.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором добавка для замедления схватывания включает винную кислоту.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором добавка для замедления схватывания включает сульфометилированный лигнин.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором ускоритель схватывания цемента включает, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, подобранную из группы, в которую входят хлорид кальция, триэтаноламин, силикат натрия, формиат цинка и ацетат кальция.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости содержит, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, в которую входят зольная пыль, шлакоцемент, глинистый сланец, цеолит и метакаолин.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором:
гидравлический цемент присутствует в количестве от примерно 25 вес.% до примерно 75 вес.%;
цементная пыль присутствует в количестве от примерно 25 вес.% до примерно 75 вес.%;
добавка для замедления схватывания содержит винную кислоту;
добавка для замедления схватывания присутствует в количестве от примерно 0,2 вес.% до примерно 0,35 вес.%;
ускоритель схватывания цемента содержит хлорид кальция.
12. Способ цементирования в подземном пласте, в котором:
обеспечивают схватываемую композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости, содержащую гидравлический цемент, цементную пыль, воду и добавку, замедляющую схватывание;
обеспечивают хранение схватываемой композиции с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости;
добавляют в схватываемую композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости ускоритель схватывания цемента;
осуществляют введение схватываемой композиции с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости в ствол скважины;
предоставляют схватываемой композиции с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости возможность схватиться.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости схватывается в стволе скважины, после чего характеризуется прочностью на сжатие при 72-часовых испытаниях, по меньшей мере, 50 фунтов/кв. дюйм (0,35 МПа).
14. Способ по п.12, в котором схватываемую композицию с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости вводят в пространство между подземным пластом и расположенной в нем колонной труб.
15. Способ по п.12, в котором добавка для замедления схватывания включает, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, в которую входят органическая кислота, лигносульфат и искусственный замедлитель схватывания.
16. Способ по п.12, в котором добавка для замедления схватывания включает винную кислоту.
17. Способ по п.12, в котором добавка для замедления схватывания включает сульфометилированный лигнин.
18. Способ по п.12, в котором ускоритель схватывания цемента включает, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, в которую входят хлорид кальция, триэтаноламин, силикат натрия, формиат цинка и ацетат кальция.
19. Способ по п.12, в котором:
гидравлический цемент присутствует в количестве от примерно 25 вес.% до примерно 75 вес.%;
цементная пыль присутствует в количестве от примерно 25 вес.% до примерно 75 вес.%;
добавка для замедления схватывания содержит винную кислоту;
добавка для замедления схватывания присутствует в количестве от примерно 0,2 вес.% до примерно 0,35 вес.%;
ускоритель схватывания цемента содержит хлорид кальция.
20. Схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости, содержащая:
гидравлический цемент;
цементную пыль;
воду; и
добавку для замедления схватывания, причем схватываемая композиция с увеличенным временем сохранения прокачиваемости сохраняет удобное для перекачивания насосом текучее состояние в течение, по меньшей мере, около одного дня.
