Abstract
1. Устройство для регистрации характеристики впрыскивания топлива форсункой дизеля, содержащее приемную камеру переменного объема со встроенным в нее распылителем форсунки, сливным клапаном, посредством которого приемная камера соединена с баком, и датчиком давления, к которому последовательно подключены усилитель сигнала и регистрирующие приборы, отличающееся тем, что устройство дополнительно снабжено аккумулятором и подпружиненным редукционным клапаном, при этом сливной клапан выполнен подпружиненным, а его выход сообщен с входом аккумулятора, на выходе из которого установлен подпружиненный редукционный клапан, причем давление открытия сливного и редукционного клапанов выбрано из соотношения: Роткрсл=(4…5)Роткрред. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что при регистрации малых подач топлива объем V приемной камеры рассчитывается по формуле: ! , !где ΔV - значение предвпрыска топлива, мм3; ! α - коэффициент сжимаемости топлива при 20°С, 1/МПа; !
