Способ оценки влияния садковой аквакультуры на состояние водной экосистемы, включающий отбор проб в акватории и определение количественных показателей компонентов водной экосистемы, отличающийся тем, что в акватории устанавливают контрольную зону, максимально приближенную к садковой аквакультуре, но в которой отсутствует ее влияние, делают отбор проб в контрольной зоне и в районе садковой аквакультуры, определяют количественные показатели основных компонентов водной экосистемы в пробах, вычисляют соотношения (индексы) между показателями компонентов водной экосистемы в районе садков и в контрольной зоне, создают эталонную таблицу диапазонов индексов основных компонентов водной экосистемы и, сравнивая вычисленные индексы с диапазонами индексов основных компонентов в эталонной таблице, определяют степень воздействия источника загрязнения на состояние водной экосистемы.
