Способ оценки устойчивости исходного селекционного материала риса к пирикуляриозу, отличающийся тем, что поперечные срезы главных побегов, отобранные в фазу молочно-восковой спелости, обрабатывают последовательно растворами азотно-кислого натрия, мочевины, уксусной кислоты, едкого натрия и по степени окрашивания поперечного среза судят о степени устойчивости анализируемого материала к пирикуляриозу: ! от коричневого до светло-коричневого - высокоустойчивый (ВУ); ! от ярко-оранжевого до ярко-желтого - устойчивый (У); ! от желтого до бледно-желтого - неустойчивый (НУ). A method for assessing the stability of the initial rice breeding material to pyriculariosis, characterized in that the cross sections of the main shoots selected in the phase of milk-wax ripeness are treated sequentially with solutions of nitric acid sodium, urea, acetic acid, sodium hydroxide and the degree of coloring of the cross section is used to judge degree of stability of the analyzed material to pyriculariosis:! from brown to light brown - highly resistant (WU); ! from bright orange to bright yellow - stable (Y); ! from yellow to pale yellow - unstable (OU).
