Способ оценки устойчивости исходного селекционного материала риса к пирикуляриозу, отличающийся тем, что поперечные срезы главных побегов, отобранные в фазу молочно-восковой спелости, обрабатывают последовательно растворами азотно-кислого натрия, мочевины, уксусной кислоты, едкого натрия и по степени окрашивания поперечного среза судят о степени устойчивости анализируемого материала к пирикуляриозу: ! от коричневого до светло-коричневого - высокоустойчивый (ВУ); ! от ярко-оранжевого до ярко-желтого - устойчивый (У); ! от желтого до бледно-желтого - неустойчивый (НУ).
