Abstract
1. Композиция смазочного масла, включающая базовое масло с содержанием серы не выше 300 ч/млн, производное аспарагиновой кислоты и эпоксидированное сложноэфирное соединение, ! в которой ! производное аспарагиновой кислоты имеет общую формулу 1 ! ! где X1 и Х2 обозначают каждый атомы водорода или одинаковые или разные алкильные группы или гидроксиалкильные группы, имеющие от 3 до 6 атомов углерода; ! Х3 обозначает алкильную группу, содержащую от 1 до 30 атомов углерода и возможно содержащую простую эфирную связь и/или гидроксиалкильную группу; ! Х4 обозначает C1-С30 насыщенную или ненасыщенную карбоксильную группу, алкильную группу, этилгексильную группу или гидроксиалкильную группу. ! 2. Композиция смазочного масла по п.1, в которой кислотное число производного аспарагиновой кислоты составляет от 10 до 250 мг KOH/г. ! 3. Композиция смазочного масла по п.1, в которой эпоксидированное сложноэфирное соединение представляет собой эпоксидированный эфир жирной кислоты, источником которой являются животные масла и жиры и/или растительные масла и жиры. ! 4. Композиция смазочного масла по п.1, в которой количество производного аспарагиновой кислоты и эпоксидированного сложноэфирного соединения составляет для каждого от 0,01 до 5 вес % в расчете на всю композицию. ! 5. Claims (11)
1. Композиция смазочного масла, включающая базовое масло с содержанием серы не выше 300 ч/млн, производное аспарагиновой кислоты и эпоксидированное сложноэфирное соединение,
в которой
производное аспарагиновой кислоты имеет общую формулу 1
где X1 и Х2 обозначают каждый атомы водорода или одинаковые или разные алкильные группы или гидроксиалкильные группы, имеющие от 3 до 6 атомов углерода;
Х3 обозначает алкильную группу, содержащую от 1 до 30 атомов углерода и возможно содержащую простую эфирную связь и/или гидроксиалкильную группу;
Х4 обозначает C1-С30 насыщенную или ненасыщенную карбоксильную группу, алкильную группу, этилгексильную группу или гидроксиалкильную группу.
2. Композиция смазочного масла по п.1, в которой кислотное число производного аспарагиновой кислоты составляет от 10 до 250 мг KOH/г.
3. Композиция смазочного масла по п.1, в которой эпоксидированное сложноэфирное соединение представляет собой эпоксидированный эфир жирной кислоты, источником которой являются животные масла и жиры и/или растительные масла и жиры.
4. Композиция смазочного масла по п.1, в которой количество производного аспарагиновой кислоты и эпоксидированного сложноэфирного соединения составляет для каждого от 0,01 до 5 вес % в расчете на всю композицию.
5. Композиция смазочного масла по п.1, дополнительно содержащая алифатический амин.
6. Композиция смазочного масла по п.5, в которой алифатический фрагмент жирнокислотного амина содержит от 8 до 24 атомов углерода.
7. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп.1-6, в которой базовым маслом является синтетическое масло.
8. Композиция смазочного масла по п.7, в которой базовым маслом является поли-α-олефин.
9. Композиция смазочного масла по п.7, в которой базовым маслом является базовое масло, полученное по технологии «газ-в-жидкость».
10. Применение композиции смазочного масла по любому из пп.1-9 в качестве машинного масла, гидравлического масла, турбинного масла, компрессорного масла, трансмиссионного масла, масла для узлов трения скольжения, подшипникового масла и калибровочного масла.
11. Способ улучшения смазывания путем применения композиции смазочного масла в соответствии с одним или более из пп.1-10.
