Abstract
Способ консервации проростков семян сельскохозяйственных культур, предусматривающий их отбор, промывку водой, сушку и фасовку, отличающийся тем, что перед сушкой проводят проращивание семян на поддонах в вакуумной сушильной установке при температуре не более 25°С, а после появления проростков переходят к сушке семян на этих же поддонах, при этом подвод тепла к слою проростков осуществляют с помощью инфракрасных нагревательных элементов в три стадии, на стадии подогрева температуру нагревательных элементов поддерживают в пределах 70-100°С до достижения температуры материала равной 28°С, после чего на следующей стадии температуру нагревательных элементов снижают до 60-80°С, тем самым обеспечивают поддержание температуры материала в пределах 28-40°С, на заключительной стадии температуру нагревательных элементов вновь снижают до 55-65°С и обеспечивают поддержание температуры материала в пределах 40-48°С, при этом время окончания стадий сушки определяют по изменению температуры слоя материала.
