Способ утилизации гальванического шлама, включающий стадии смешения с добавками, измельчения, термообработки, выщелачивания, фильтрации и выделения из раствора цветных металлов, отличающийся тем, что стадию смешения проводят методом механохимической активации путем измельчения с добавлением хлорид- или сульфат-ионов в соотношении Cl-(SO4 2-):ΣMen+=менее 1:1, термическую обработку проводят при температуре 550-600°C, а последующее выщелачивание полученного спека осуществляют кислой сточной водой собственного гальванического производства при pH≤3, раствор отделяют от осадка, и извлечение цветных металлов из полученного раствора производят флотацией при pH 8-12. Способ утилизации гальванического шлама, включающий стадии смешения с добавками, измельчения, термообработки, выщелачивания, фильтрации и выделения из раствора цветных металлов, отличающийся тем, что стадию смешения проводят методом механохимической активации путем измельчения с добавлением хлорид- или сульфат-ионов в соотношении Cl-(SO42-):ΣMen+=менее 1:1, термическую обработку проводят при температуре 550-600°C, а последующее выщелачивание полученного спека осуществляют кислой сточной водой собственного гальванического производства при pH≤3, раствор отделяют от осадка, и извлечение цветных металлов из полученного раствора производят флотацией при pH 8-12.
