Abstract
Способ повторной операции лазерного специализированного кератомилеза у пациентов с ранее выполненной передней радиальной кератотомией, включающий определение края лоскута после предыдущей операции лазерного специализированного кератомилеза, отделение лоскута роговицы от стромы роговицы, воздействие на строму роговицы лучом лазера, отделение лоскута от стромы роговицы осуществляют между насечками, выполненными при проведении передней радиальной кератотомии с созданием карманов, не доходящих до насечек, края лоскута в области между насечками отсепаровывают поочередно, для этого одновременно бимануально двумя шпателями расслаивающими движениями от ближайших к насечкам углов соседних карманов, навстречу друг другу в направлении к краю роговичного лоскута отделяют роговичный лоскут в области кератотомического рубца, после отделения краев роговичных лоскутов в области всех кератотомических рубцов производят отделение роговичного лоскута движением шпателя от периферии к ножке и поднимают лоскут для проведения лазерной абляции.
