Abstract

Устройство для отбора дозы жидкости, содержащее емкость с дозируемой жидкостью, промежуточные мерные емкости, выполненные с вогнутыми стенками и с установленными внутри них поворотными трубками, имеющими привод и возможность перемещения в нескольких степенях свободы, при этом входное отверстие поворотных трубок может изменить свой уровень по отношению к верхнему уровню жидкости в промежуточной мерной емкости, канал с регуляторами расхода для подачи газа - вытеснителя в емкость с дозируемой жидкостью и промежуточные мерные емкости, коллектор каналов вывода дозы жидкости через кран-переключатель, детектора газовой фазы на выходе из поворотных трубок, отличающееся тем, что, с целью изменения агрегатного состояния дозы жидкости для интенсификации процессов смешения, испарения и сгорания реагентов, коллектор вывода дозы жидкости разделен на индивидуальные каналы для каждой промежуточной мерной емкости, на концах которых установлены для стабилизации технологических параметров датчики температуры, давления и распылители жидкости, а количество газа-вытеснителя устанавливается краном-переключателем по сигналу детекторов газовой фазы.
