Abstract
Сельскохозяйственный комбайн, содержащий несущую раму, силовой агрегат, мосты ведущих и ведомых колес, жатку, транспортир перемещения хлебной массы от жатки и молотилку с двумя барабанами, битерами и сепараторами, грохотами, ситами, вентилятором и воздуховодом, бункером для зерна, транспортирами перемещения хлебной массы от жатки к молотилке и элеватором для перемещения зерна из молотилки в бункер для зерна, и др. исполнительные механизмы, причем, под барабанами расположена воздушная камера с двумя отсеками и двумя вентиляторами; отсеки камеры разделены козырьком; первый отсек - для сбора только семенного зерна, соединен элеватором с бункером для зерна, второй отсек - для сбора смеси зерна с необмолоченным колосом и половой, соединен с прицепным бункером для соломы посредством воздуховодов с вентиляторами; в конце соломотряса установлен соломоизмельчитель с третьим вентилятором, а прицепной бункер для соломы выполнен герметичным и имеет, соединенный с воздуховодом молотильного устройства, посредством мягкой гофрированной вставки, циклон, отличающийся тем, что в него дополнительно введены источник энергии, блок управления и синхронизации исполнительных механизмов и агрегатов, автономные силовые приводы к каждому исполнительному механизму и агрегату, соединенные через устройство управления и синхронизации с источником энергии.An agricultural harvester containing a bearing frame, a power unit, axles of driving and driven wheels, a header, a conveyor for moving the mass of bread from the header and a thresher with two drums, beaters and separators, screens, sieves, a fan and an air duct, a grain hopper, conveyors for moving the grain mass from the header to the thresher and the elevator for moving grain from the thresher to the grain hopper, and other actuators, moreover, under the drums there is an air chamber with two compartments and two fans; camera compartments are separated by a visor; the first compartment - for collecting only seed grain, is connected by an elevator to the grain hopper, the second compartment - to collect a mixture of grain with an unfrozen spike and floor, is connected to a trailed straw hopper through air ducts with fans; a straw chopper with a third fan is installed at the end of the straw walker, and the trailed straw hopper is sealed and has a cyclone connected to the thresher duct through a soft corrugated insert, characterized in that an energy source, a control unit and a synchronization unit for actuators are additionally introduced into it and units, autonomous power drives to each actuator and unit, connected through a control and synchronization device to an energy source.
