Abstract

1. Способ подготовки попутных и природных газов для использования в поршневых двигателях внутреннего сгорания, состоящий в снижении концентрации соединений, имеющих низкую детонационную стойкость и повышающих вероятность смоло- и сажеобразования, отличающийся тем, что подготавливаемый газ в смеси с кислородсодержащим газом, например с воздухом, подвергают термообработке при температуре от более 450 до 1100°С в течение 0,01-50 с при содержании свободного кислорода в смеси (0,5÷5)%. ! 2. Способ подготовки попутных и природных газов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что термообработку проводят в несколько последовательных стадий при различной температуре и концентрации кислорода на каждой стадии. ! 3. Способ подготовки попутных и природных газов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что термообработку проводят при давлении выше атмосферного. ! 4. Способ подготовки попутных и природных газов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нагрев подготавливаемого газа или его смеси с кислородсодержащим газом проводят частично или полностью за счет рекуперации тепла обработанного газа. ! 5. Способ подготовки попутных и природных газов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нагрев подготавливаемого газа или его смеси с кислородсодержащим газом проводят частично или полностью за счет тепла отходящих газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания. ! 6. Способ подготовки попутных и природных газов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что температуру термообработки регулируют путем изменения объема подаваемого кислородсодержащего газа. ! 7.
