Abstract
1. Шпуля по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что маркировка (МЕ) предусмотрена для идентификации приближающегося конца материала (5) шпули. ! 3. Шпуля по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что несколько участков или слоев шпули имеют маркировки (МА, МE) по одному заданному образцу раскладки. ! 4. Шпуля по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что определенное количество маркировок (МА, МE) представлено группой двоичных символов для идентификации материала (5) шпули и (или) количества материала шпули. ! 5. Устройство определения материала (5) шпули на шпуле, имеющей патрон (8) шпули и намотанного на нем большого количества слоев материала шпули в виде ленты и (или) в виде нити и на которой для маркировки качеств материала шпули предусмотрена, по меньшей мере, маркировка (МА, МE) в виде характерного изменения угла (ϕ) раскладки, причем к шпуле присоединен датчик (3) числа оборотов, выходной сигнал (6) датчика числа оборотов передается на вычислительное устройство (10), а появляющиеся при сматывании материала (5) шпули колебания выходного сигнала датчика (3) числа оборотов вызывают согласно характеристике детектора вычислительного устройства при сматывании на участке маркировки выходной сигнал (11), и, напротив, обычные сигналы числа оборотов от не маркированных участков ткацкого материала шпули обрабатываются вычислител1.
