Abstract
1. Способ разделения неустойчивых водонефтяных водомасляных эмульсий заключается в том, что эмульсии придается прямолинейное движение сверху вниз за счет гравитационных сил, причем турбулентность потока уменьшается и двумя потоками снизу и сверху эмульсия направляется в горизонтальный переточный канал, в котором устанавливается ламинарное течение эмульсий, отличающийся тем, что при движении на участки переточного канала положительно заряженным ионам нефтепродуктов придается импульс скорости (grad V), который направлен вверх, а отрицательно заряженным ионам воды придается импульс направленный вниз. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что движение потоков навстречу друг к другу и в противоположном направлении при гидрофобном разделении повторяются несколько раз. ! 3. Способ по п.1 отличающийся тем, что при движении слабо ионизированной водонефтяной водомасляной эмульсии возникает эффект электрогидродинамической фильтрации. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фильтрационную емкость предварительно заполняют на 3/4 объема. ! 5. Устройство для разделения неустойчивых водонефтяных водомасляных эмульсий, включающее в себя фильтрационную емкость с патрубками ввода эмульсии и вывода фаз очистными патрубками для удаления выпавших в осадок твердых взвешенных частиц, линией опорожнения, дыхательной трубкой и газовой отводной трубкой, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено вертикальными перегородками, разделяющими емкость на секции, причем первая перегородка снабжена горизонтальным переточным каналом прямоугольного сечения, расположенного на 50 мм выше центра фильтрационной емкости. ! 6.
