1. Упакованный свежий пищевой продукт, содержащий влагопоглощающую вкладку с перфорированным влагонепроницаемым слоем и фольгу, отделяющую как продукт, так и влагопоглощающую вкладку от окружающей среды снаружи упаковки, отличающийся тем, что указанный перфорированный влагонепроницаемый слой расположен так, что отделяет указанный продукт и влагопоглощающую вкладку друг от друга, и указанная фольга, окружающая продукт (10) и влагопоглощающую вкладку (20), герметично закрыта сварным швом (31), созданным под вакуумом. ! 2. Упакованный продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что продукт (10) помещен в поддон (20), содержащий влагопоглощающую вкладку (22), и на внутренней нижней поверхности поддона (20) имеется влагонепроницаемый слой с отверстиями (21), открытыми в направлении влагопоглощающей вкладки (22). ! 3. Упакованный свежий пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что продукт (10) является неприправленным, приправленным, замаринованным, термообработанным или копченым мясным продуктом, в частности черным мясом, домашней птицей, мясом дичи или рыбой. ! 4. Упакованный свежий пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что фольга имеет форму мешка (30). ! 5. Способ изготовления упакованного свежего пищевого продукта, в частности, мясного продукта, в котором данный продукт подготавливают, нарезают, при необходимости, и/или приправляют, затем герметично закрывают вместе с влагопоглощающей вкладкой посредством воздухонепроницаемой фольги, отличающийся тем, что указанный пищевой продукт отделяют от указанной влагопоглощающей вкладки перфорированным влагонепроницаемым слоем и затем герметично закрывают указанную фольгу под вакуу�1.
