Abstract
1. Материал для имплантации и пластики на основе плазмы крови, отличающийся тем, что он выполнен из трех компонентов: богатой тромбоцитами плазмы (БоТП) крови, коллоидного наноструктурированного серебра с размерами частиц до 20 нм, порошка никелида титана с размерами частиц до 100 нм, при этом компоненты берутся в соотношении от общего объема БоТП (94-98,9%), коллоидного 2,5%-ного наноструктурированного серебра 1-5%; порошка никелида титана 0,1-1%. ! 2. Способ приготовления материала для имплантации и пластики, содержащий процедуру смешивания плазмы крови и компонентов, отличающийся тем, что определяют необходимое количество материала, забирают у пациента требуемое количество крови, расслаивают на центрифуге, выделяют богатую тромбоцитами плазму (БоТП) плазму крови, фрагментируют в гомогенизаторе в течение 1-3 мин до размера частиц не более 0,1 мм, помещают в ступу три компонента в заданных пропорциях, с заданным размером частиц, смешивают с использованием ультразвука (1-3 мин), получают однородную композицию зеленого цвета, с перламутровым переливом, используют в течение 1-2 ч.1.
