Abstract
1. Применение нейростимуляционной системы в качестве терапевтического средства для лечения расстройств пищевого поведения, при котором к заранее заданной зоне стимуляции, содержащей объем нервной ткани в области мозга человека, выбранной из группы, включающей островковую долю большого мозга, подмозолистое поле, поясную часть головного мозга, зрительный бугор, предлобную область коры головного мозга, стволовую часть мозга, мозжечок и тракты белого вещества мозга, ведущие к указанным областям, подключают первый стимулятор, прикладывают первый стимулирующий сигнал к указанной заранее заданной зоне стимуляции и модулируют неврональную активность указанной нервной ткани с эффективным облегчением симптома расстройства пищевого поведения. ! 2. Применение по п.1, в котором в качестве указанного первого стимулятора используют электрод, а в качестве первого стимулирующего сигнала используют первый заранее заданный электрический сигнал. ! 3. Применение по п.1, в котором в качестве указанного первого стимулирующего сигнала используют импульсный стимулирующий компонент и постоянный стимулирующий компонент. ! 4. Применение по п.3, в котором указанный импульсный стимулирующий компонент имеет более высокий уровень интенсивности стимуляции более короткую длительность, чем указанный постоянный стимулирующий компонент. ! 5. Применение по п.3, в котором указанный импульсный стимулирующий компонент имеет продолжительность от одного до шести месяцев. ! 6. Claims (30)
1. Применение нейростимуляционной системы в качестве терапевтического средства для лечения расстройств пищевого поведения, при котором к заранее заданной зоне стимуляции, содержащей объем нервной ткани в области мозга человека, выбранной из группы, включающей островковую долю большого мозга, подмозолистое поле, поясную часть головного мозга, зрительный бугор, предлобную область коры головного мозга, стволовую часть мозга, мозжечок и тракты белого вещества мозга, ведущие к указанным областям, подключают первый стимулятор, прикладывают первый стимулирующий сигнал к указанной заранее заданной зоне стимуляции и модулируют неврональную активность указанной нервной ткани с эффективным облегчением симптома расстройства пищевого поведения.
2. Применение по п.1, в котором в качестве указанного первого стимулятора используют электрод, а в качестве первого стимулирующего сигнала используют первый заранее заданный электрический сигнал.
3. Применение по п.1, в котором в качестве указанного первого стимулирующего сигнала используют импульсный стимулирующий компонент и постоянный стимулирующий компонент.
4. Применение по п.3, в котором указанный импульсный стимулирующий компонент имеет более высокий уровень интенсивности стимуляции более короткую длительность, чем указанный постоянный стимулирующий компонент.
5. Применение по п.3, в котором указанный импульсный стимулирующий компонент имеет продолжительность от одного до шести месяцев.
6. Применение по п.1, в котором указанная система выполнена с возможностью приложения первого стимулирующего сигнала для модуляции неврональной активности в нервной ткани, отличной от указанной заранее заданной зоны стимуляции.
7. Применение по п.1, в котором используют два стимулятора, первый из которых подключают к области мозга человека, выбранной из группы, включающей островковую долю большого мозга, подмозолистое поле, поясную часть головного мозга, зрительный бугор, предлобную область коры головного мозга, стволовую часть мозга, мозжечок и тракты белого вещества мозга, ведущие к указанным областям, а второй из которых подключают к черепно-мозговому нерву человека, при этом к указанному первому стимулятору прикладывают указанный первый заранее заданный стимулирующий сигнал, а к указанному второму стимулятору прикладывают второй заранее заданный стимулирующий сигнал, после чего модулируют неврональную активность указанной нервной ткани с облегчением расстройства пищевого поведения.
8. Применение по п.7, в котором указанный сигнал второго стимулятора содержит импульсный стимулирующий компонент и постоянный стимулирующий компонент.
9. Применение по п.8, в котором указанный импульсный стимулирующий компонент имеет более высокий уровень интенсивности стимуляции и более короткую длительность чем указанный постоянный стимулирующий компонент.
10. Применение по п.1, в котором указанное расстройство пищевого поведения является булимией, первый стимулирующий сигнал прикладывают со снижением бурного насыщения и/или очищающего пищевого поведения.
11. Применение по п.1, в котором первый стимулирующий сигнал прикладывают с возбуждения чувства насыщения.
12. Применение по п.1, в котором указанный первый стимулятор подключают к области мозга, содержащей, по крайней мере, часть островковой доли большого мозга или тракт белого вещества мозга, ведущий к части островковой доли большого мозга.
13. Применение по п.12, в котором указанный первый стимулятор подключают к области, содержащей часть островковой доли большого мозга, выбранной из группы, включающей левую и правую, переднюю и заднюю островковые доли большого мозга, ограду головного мозга и тракт белого вещества мозга, ведущий в части островковой доли большого мозга.
14. Применение по п.1, в котором указанный первый стимулятор подключают к области, содержащей, по крайней мере, часть подмозолистого поля или тракт белого вещества мозга, ведущий к части подмозолистого поля.
15. Применение по п.1, в котором указанный первый стимулятор подключают к области, содержащей, по крайней мере, часть поясной части головного мозга или тракт белого вещества мозга, ведущий к части поясной части головного мозга.
16. Применение по п.15, в котором указанный первый стимулятор подключают к области, содержащей, по крайней мере, часть области Бродманна, выбранной из группы, включающей область Бродманна 24, область Бродманна 25 и область Бродманна 32.
17. Применение по п.1, в котором указанный первый стимулятор подключают к области, содержащей, по крайней мере, часть предлобной коры головного мозга или тракт белого вещества мозга тракт, ведущий к указанной части предлобной коры головного мозга.
18. Применение по п.17, в котором указанный первый стимулятор подключают к области Джина, содержащей, по крайней мере, часть области Бродманна, выбранной из группы, включающей область Бродманна 8, область Бродманна 9, область Бродманна 10 и область Бродманна 11.
19. Применение по п.1, в котором указанный первый стимулятор подключают к области, содержащей по крайней мере, одно ядро в зрительном бугре или тракт белого вещества мозга, ведущий в ядро в зрительном бугре.
20. Применение нейростимуляторной системы в качестве терапевтического средства для лечения расстройств пищевого поведения, при котором используют блок управления, содержащий генератор сигнала и процессор, соединенные с первым электродом и вторым электродом, при этом указанный первый электрод подключают к черепно-мозговому нерву человека, а указанный второй электрод подключают к области мозга человека, выбранной из группы, включающей островковую долю большого мозга, подмозолистое поле, поясную часть головного мозга, зрительный бугор, гипоталамус, предлобную область коры головного мозга, стволовую часть мозга, мозжечок и тракты белого вещества мозга, ведущие от указанных выше областей, причем посредством указанного блока управления прикладывают заранее заданный электрический сигнал к указанному первому электроду и посредством указанного второго электрода зондируют электрическую активность в указанной выбранной области мозга, после этого посредством указанного процессора сравнивают измеренную электрическую активность с заранее заданным электрическим состоянием указанной выбранной области и определяют, на основании указанных результатов сравнения, возникновение модуляции электрической активности указанной области мозга, при которой указанная модуляция электрической активности соответствует облегчению симптома расстройства пищевого поведения, от приложения указанного заранее заданного электрического сигнала к указанному первому электроду.

Применение по п.20, в котором указанный первый электрический сигнал содержит настраиваемые электрические параметры, а указанный блок управления, кроме того, выполнен с возможностью настройки, по крайней мере, одного параметра указанного первого электрического сигнала в соответствии с указанными результатами сравнения.
22. Применение по п.20, в котором указанная система выполнена с возможностью для субдурального зондирования электрической активности в указанной выбранной области мозга указанным вторым электродом.
23. Применение по п.20, в котором указанный первый электрод подключают к черепно-мозговому нерву, выбранному из группы, включающей блуждающий нерв, подъязычный, тригеминальный и дополнительный нервы.
24. Применение нейростимуляторной системы в качестве терапевтического средства для лечения расстройств пищевого поведения, при котором используют блок управления, содержащий генератор сигнала и процессор, соединенные с первым электродом и вторым электродом, при этом указанный первый электрод подключают к черепно-мозговому нерву человека, а указанный второй электрод подключают к области мозга человека, выбранной из группы, включающей островковую долю большого мозга, подмозолистое поле, поясную часть головного мозга, зрительный бугор, предлобную область коры головного мозга, стволовую часть мозга, мозжечок, и тракты белого вещества мозга, ведущие к указанным областям, причем посредством указанного блока управления прикладывают заранее заданный электрический сигнал к указанному второму электроду, посредством второго электрода модулируют неврональную активность указанной выбранной области мозга и зондируют электрическую активность, возникаемую от воздействия указанного первого электрода, в указанном черепно-мозговом нерве, после чего посредством указанного процессора сравнивают измеренную электрическую активность с заранее заданным электрическим состоянием указанного нерва и определяют, на основании указанных результатов сравнения, вызывает ли указанное приложение указанного заранее заданного электрического сигнала к указанному второму электроду модуляцию электрической активности указанного черепно-мозгового нерва.
25. Применение по п.24, в котором указанный второй электрический сигнал содержит настраиваемые электрические параметры, а указанный блок управления содержит настройку, по крайней мере, одного параметра указанного второго электрического сигнала на основании указанных результатов сравнения.

Применение нейростимуляторной системы в качестве терапевтического средства для лечения расстройств пищевого поведения, при котором используют по крайней мере, один датчик, который соединяют по крайней мере с одним стимулирующим электродом и определяют текущее состояние, по крайней мере, первой области мозга или группы областей мозга, и первую стимулирующую цепь, которую подключают к, по крайней мере, указанной первой области мозга или группе областей мозга, после чего осуществляют стимуляцию в соответствии с первым набором параметров стимуляции, далее используют компаратор, который соединяют с указанным, по крайней мере, одним датчиком, на который подают данные измерений, относящиеся к текущему состоянию, после этого сравнивают указанные данные, относящиеся к текущему состоянию, с данными, относящимися к эталонному состоянию, и формируют выходной положительный или отрицательный результат, далее используют, по крайней мере, одну цепь управления, которую соединяют, по крайней мере, с указанной первой стимулирующей цепью и настраивают в соответствии с указанным выходным результатом для управления указанными параметрами стимуляции, при этом используют блок управления, который снабжают генератором сигнала и указанным компаратором, посредством которого формируют электрический сигнал, которым стимулируют, по крайней мере, первую область мозга или группу первых областей мозга в соответствии с первым набором параметров стимуляции, после этого посредством указанного компаратора сравнивают указанные данные измерений с указанными данными, относящимися к эталонному состоянию, и формируют результаты сравнения, затем определяют, на основании указанных результатов сравнения, являются ли необходимыми изменения параметров стимуляции и, в случае определения, что указанные изменения необходимы, определяют, какие изменения необходимы в указанных параметрах стимуляции, при этом указанный блок управления выполняют с возможностью изменения указанного первого набора параметров стимуляции и повторяющегося определения изменений параметров стимуляции до тех пор, пока не отпадет необходимость в последующих изменениях, где необходимость изменений отсутствует, если стимуляция в соответствии с измененным набором параметров стимуляции облегчает симптом указанного расстройства пищевого поведения.
27. Применение по п.26, в котором в случае показания результатов сравнения о терапевтическом улучшении, стимулируют вторую область мозга или группу вторых областей мозга.
28. Применение по п.27, в котором стимулируют вторую область мозга или группы вторых областей мозга с обеспечением полезного терапевтического эффекта.
29. Применение по п.26, в котором посредством указанного компаратора определяют неврональную активность периферического черепно-мозгового нерва.
30. Применение по п.26, в котором посредством указанного блока управления дополнительно изменяют указанные параметры стимуляции и формируют стимулирующий сигнал, который стимулирует выборочные парасимпатические центростремительные ветви черепно-мозговых нервов для активации, по крайней мере, одного черепно-мозгового нерва проводящих путей нервной системы, выбранных из группы, включающей вкусовые проводящие пути нервной системы, обонятельные, провоспалительные или противовоспалительные проводящие пути нервной системы, дыхательные проводящие пути нервной системы, кардиотонические проводящие пути нервной системы, барорецепторные проводящие пути нервной системы, соматосенсорные проводящие пути нервной системы, проводящие пути насыщения и норадренергические, серотонинергические, дофаминергические и холинергические нейротрансмиттеры проводящих путей нервной системы.
