Abstract
1. Способ регулирования гидравлического режима коксовой батареи, включающий коксовые печи, связанные каналами для отвода газа в газосборники через стояки для отвода газа из печей, газосборники коксовой и машинной сторон, соединенные между собой перекидным газопроводом, на котором установлены на вертикальных участках с коксовой и машинной сторон над газосборниками дроссельные клапаны, весь поток коксового газа проходит через третий дроссельный клапан, установленный на нисходящей трубе перекидного газопровода, создавая нагнетателем определенную тягу отсоса в химический блок, дроссельные клапана работают в автоматическом режиме при помощи исполнительных механизмов «МЭО» от регулятора давления, поддерживая технологическое давление в общей системе коксовой батареи, отличающийся тем, что функцию регулирования гидравлического режима в каждой печной камере в отдельности обеспечивает механизм заслонки стояка для отвода газа из коксовой печи, управляемый исполнительным механизмом в автоматическом режиме компьютерной технологии по интегральной схеме циклограммы зон регулирования, изменяя поперечное сечение горловины колена стояка, открывая-закрывая заслонку. ! 2.
