Claims (11)
1. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов для уменьшения содержания оксидов азота и содержания частиц в работающих с избытком воздуха двигателях внутреннего сгорания, причем восстановление оксидов азота проводится с помощью SCR-катализатора, а уменьшение содержания частиц проводится с помощью пылевого фильтра, причем
в потоке выхлопных газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания установлен пылевой фильтр (5, 9),
пылевой фильтр (5, 9) является поверхностным пылевым фильтром или фильтром глубокой очистки,
пылевой фильтр (5, 9) на своей задней стороне нагружен SCR-активным каталитическим материалом (6, 14),
подвод отщепляющего аммиак восстановителя или аммиака производится выше по потоку относительно пылевого фильтра (5, 9).
2. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что пылевой фильтр (5, 9) состоит из кордиерита или карбида кремния, или металлокерамики, или керамических волокон, или силикатных волокон, или металлического плетения и покрыт или пропитан SCR-активным каталитическим материалом.
3. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что нагрузка SCR-активным каталитическим материалом (6, 14) увеличивается на передней стороне пылевого фильтра в направлении течения выхлопных газов.
4. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что SCR-активный каталитический материал (6, 14) содержит в качестве активных компонентов ванадий и/или V2O5, и/или WO3/TiO2, и/или содержащие железо цеолиты, и/или содержащие медь цеолиты, и/или кобальтсодержащие цеолиты.
5. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что пылевой фильтр (5, 9) дополнительно на передней стороне покрыт или пропитан каталитическим материалом, который способствует отщеплению аммиака из восстановителя.
6. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что каталитический материал, который способствует отщеплению аммиака из восстановителя, в качестве активных компонентов содержит TiO2 и/или TiO2/SiO2, и/или TiO2/SiO2/Al2O3, и/или цеолиты.
7. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что пылевой фильтр (5, 9) дополнительно на задней стороне, если смотреть в направлении течения выхлопных газов, то у конца нагрузки SCR-активным каталитическим материалом (6, 14), покрыт или пропитан каталитическим материалом, который окисляет содержащийся в выхлопных газах избыточный аммиак.
8. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что каталитический материал для окисления избыточного аммиака содержит элементы группы платины, и/или их оксиды, и/или цеолиты.
9. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что выше по потоку относительно подвода восстановителя расположен катализатор (4) окисления, который превращает по меньшей мере часть содержащего в потоке выхлопных газов моноксида азота в диоксид азота.
10. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.9, отличающаяся тем, что катализатор (4) окисления, переводящий моноксид азота в диоксид азота, в качестве активного материала содержит платину, и/или оксид платины, и/или цеолиты.
11. Система дополнительной обработки выхлопных газов по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что пылевой фильтр (5, 9) как на своей передней стороне, так и на своей задней стороне образует выполненные виде глухих отверстий или карманов камеры (12), причем камеры, расположенные на передней стороне, открыты к передней стороне, а камеры, расположенные на задней сторон, открыты к задней стороне.
