Claims (5)
- 디젤엔진 하류에 배치된 인젝션 수단을 포함한 SCR 촉매모듈, 상기 촉매모듈 하류에 배치된 산화촉매모듈 및 연속하여 CSF 모듈이 직렬로 구성된, NOx 전환율을 개선하는 디젤엔진 배기가스 배출장치에 있어서, 상기 SCR 촉매모듈에 적용되는 SCR 촉매는, 백금, 파라듐, 로듐이 단독 또는 이성분 조합으로 함침된, Cu 또는 Fe 내포 - 제올라이트 ; 또는 백금, 파라듐, 로듐이 단독 또는 이성분 조합으로 함침된, Cu, Fe 또는 Si 내포 알루미나로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, NOx 전환율을 개선하는 디젤엔진 배기가스 배출장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SCR 촉매는 세라믹형 또는 스테인레스 강의 내화성 금속형 캐리어에 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, NOx 전환율을 개선하는 디젤엔진 배기가스 배출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SCR 촉매는, 5~10 중량 % 구리 또는 철이 내포된 제올라이트에 백금, 파라듐 또는 로듐 단독 또는 복수의 성분이 0.5 중량 % 이하 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는, NOx 전환율을 개선하는 디젤엔진 배기가스 배출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SCR 촉매는, 5~10 중량 % 구리 또는 철 또는 규소가 내포된 알루미나에 백금, 파라듐 또는 로듐 단독 또는 복수의 성분이 0.5 중량 % 이하 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는, NOx 전환율을 개선하는 디젤엔진 배기가스 배출장치.
