Claims (18)

1. Нетканое полотно, уложенное аэродинамическим способом, содержащее комбинацию синтетических волокон и натуральных волокон, которые были скреплены путем нанесения и сшивки дисперсии сшиваемого полимера, который образован свободной радикальной полимеризацией с виниловыми эфирами как основными мономерами, и полученные полимеры содержат сополимеризованные звенья, содержащие сшиваемые N-метилольные группы или их производные, которые были этерифицированы C1-C6 алканолами.
2. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором синтетические волокна являются полиэфирными волокнами, предпочтительно волокнами полиэтилентерефталата.
3. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором натуральные волокна являются распушенными волокнами.
4. Нетканое полотно по п.3, в котором распушенные волокна являются волокнами распушеной целлюлозы.
5. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором используется смесь от 40 до 60 вес.% синтетических волокон с 60: 40 вес.% натуральных волокон.

7. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором сополимеризованные звенья являются звеньями N-метиламидов акриловой кислоты и метакриловой кислоты, и фракция этих сомономеров, выраженная как доля от полного количества мономеров, составляет до 9 вес.%.
8. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором дисперсия сшиваемого полимера содержит в качестве стабилизатора по меньшей мере один эмульгатор, предпочтительно анионный эмульгатор и/или неионный эмульгатор.
9. Нетканое полотно по п.8, в котором сшиваемый полимер является сополимером виниловых эфиров с N-метилолакриламидом, который сшивается путем кислотного катализа в комбинации с водорастворимыми сильными кислотами или их металлическими солями, в частности, солями Cr(III), Al(III), Fe(III) и Zr(IV).
10. Нетканое полотно по п.8, в котором дисперсия сшиваемого полимера является связующим на основе винилацетатэтиленовой эмульсии, содержащим сшивающие звенья мономеров, содержащих N-метилол, очень предпочтительно звенья N-метилолакриламида.
11. Нетканое полотно по п.10, в котором связующее на основе винилацетат-этиленовой эмульсии, содержит сшивающий мономер на уровне по меньшей мере 6%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 7 вес.% от звеньев сшивающего мономера.
12. Нетканое полотно по п.11, в котором связующее на основе винилацетатэтиленовой эмульсии содержит
a) по меньшей мере 50 вес.% звеньев винилацетата,
b) от 1 до 40 вес.% звеньев этилена,
c) от 6 до 20 вес.% звеньев сшивающего мономера,
d) от 0,1 до 7 вес.% акриламида, метакриламида или их смеси и
e) от 0 до 40 вес.% других сомономеров.
13. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором дисперсия сшиваемого полимера имеет температуру стеклования в интервале от -10 до +30°C, наиболее предпочтительно от -0 до +20°C.
14. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором дисперсия сшиваемого полимера является сшивающим гомополимером винилацетата или самосшивающимся сополимером винилацетата с этиленом, включающим полимеризованные звенья, содержащие сшиваемые N-метилольные группы или их производные, которые были этерифицированы C1-C6 алканолами, причем сшитые полимеры имеют температуру стеклования в интервале от -10 до +30°C.
15. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором синтетические волокна являются волокнами полиэфирного типа с длиной волокна 3-12 мм и толщиной 4-12 дтекс.
16. Применение нетканого материала по п.1 в качестве средства личной гигиены.
17. Применение по п.16, где средство личной гигиены является подгузником или женским гигиеническим продуктом.
18. Применение по п.16, где нетканый материал используется как впитывающий и распределяющий слой в средствах личной гигиены.
