Claims (7)

1. Способ получения аммиака (3) из состоящей по существу из азота и водорода газовой смеси (4), получаемой из природного газа (5), из которого путем его частичного окисления газом (6), обогащенным кислородом, в присутствии водяного пара получают содержащий водород и моноксид углерода неочищенный синтез-газ (7), из которого во время по меньшей мере одной стадии каталитической реакции (сдвига) и превращения части моноксида углерода в диоксид углерода получают конвертированный содержащий водород, диоксид углерода и моноксид углерода синтез-газ (8), из которого по меньшей мере на одной стадии декарбонизации по меньшей мере частично удаляют диоксид углерода (20а), а по меньшей мере на одной стадии очистки по меньшей мере частично удаляют моноксид углерода (22а), отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере на одной стадии очистки конвертированного синтез-газа используют по меньшей мере одно молекулярное сито.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что к очищенному конвертированному синтез-газу добавляют азот (9) с получением состоящей по существу из азота и водорода газовой смеси (4), которую подают в секцию (14) синтеза аммиака (3).
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве по меньшей мере одного молекулярного сита используют молекулярное сито PSA-типа.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что секцию очистки конвертированного газа соединяют с секцией (24) для получения метана.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реакция частичного окисления природного газа представляет собой реакцию каталитического типа (автотермический реформинг).
6. Установка (10) для получения аммиака (3) из состоящей по существу из азота и водорода смеси (4) газов, получаемой из природного газа (5) в присутствии водяного пара, содержащая первую часть (12), предназначенную для получения указанной газовой смеси (4) и состоящую из секции (16) частичного окисления, секции (18) для проведения каталитической реакции, секции (20) декарбонизации и секции (22) очистки, и вторую часть (14), предназначенную для синтеза аммиака (3), отличающаяся тем, что в секции (22) очистки предусмотрено по меньшей мере одно молекулярное сито.
7. Установка по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что секция (22) очистки соединена с секцией (24) для получения метана.
