Наружная стена коттеджа, содержащая защитный слой из мелкоразмерных блоков, средний слой из пенобетона и внутренний слой из листовых материалов, связанный с защитным слоем, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет каркас из монолитного железобетона, выполненный в виде ряда колонн внутри стены на фундаменте здания, связанных между собой монолитным железобетонным поясом по периметру здания.1.
