Claims (10)
1. Композитная фильтрующая среда (10), содержащая
основу (12), содержащую материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из нетканого пористого синтетического материала, целлюлозы и их комбинаций, и
слой объемного нановолокна (30), формованного из расплава, сцепленный с указанной основой, причем по меньшей мере примерно 85% указанных нановолокон имеют диаметр менее 1000 нм.
2. Среда (10) по п.1, причем указанные нановолокна (30) уплотнены на указанной основе (12) термомеханическим способом.
3. Среда (10) по п.1, причем указанные тонкие волокна (30) содержат по меньшей мере один материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полипропилена, ПЭТ, ПБТ, полиэфирных полимеров, нейлона, ППС и других термопластичных полимеров и их комбинаций.
4. Среда (10) по п.1, причем указанные тонкие волокна содержат одно из полипропилена и ПБТ.
5. Среда (10) по п.1, причем указанный слой тонких волокон (30) имеет вес от примерно 2 до 10 г/м2.
6. Среда (10) по п.1, причем указанная основа (12) имеет базовый вес от 60 до 340 г/м2.
7. Среда (10) по п.1, причем указанная основа (12) гофрирована.
8. Фильтр (100) в сборе, включающий
кожух (101) фильтра, имеющий входное отверстие и выходное отверстие (106);
гофрированную фильтрующую среду (10) внутри указанного фильтрующего патрона (102), причем указанная фильтрующая среда содержит основу, включающую
материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из нетканого пористого синтетического материала, целлюлозы и их комбинаций, и
слой формованного из расплава нановолокна (30), скрепленный с указанной основой (12), причем по меньшей мере примерно 85% указанных нановолокон имеют диаметр менее 1000 нм.
9. Фильтр (100) в сборе по п.8, причем, кроме того, указанная основа (12) содержит целлюлозу, а указанные тонкие волокна (30) содержат по меньшей мере один материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полипропилена, ПЭТ, ПБТ, полиэфирных полимеров, нейлона, ППС и других термопластичных полимеров и их комбинаций.
10. Фильтр (100) в сборе по п.8, причем указанные тонкие волокна (30) содержат одно из полипропилена и ПБТ.
