Claims (6)

Установка (1) непрерывной разливки, содержащая кристаллизатор (6) для разливки жидких металлов, в частности стальных материалов, с образующими литейное пространство (10) широкими боковыми плитами (11), между которыми на двух сторонах расположены регулируемые для формирования ширины (12) заготовки с учетом усадки заготовки (7) узкие боковые плиты (13), на которых предусмотрены соответственно два вертикально дистанцированных узла (16) поршень-цилиндр в качестве исполнительных органов и опор, положения которых измеряются посредством полевых измерительных приборов (21), при этом данные измерений в виде сигналов шины передаются через модули (22) полевой шины в линию (22а) шины и записываются в устройстве (23) управления установки (1) непрерывной разливки и после обработки в виде сигналов управления передаются обратно к исполнительным органам, отличающаяся тем, что гидравлические цилиндры (16а) узлов (16) поршень-цилиндр соответственно присоединены к расположенному в области кристаллизатора (6) или управляющего процессом разливки устройства (23) вентильному стенду (24) со стационарной клеммной коробкой (25) для линий (28) для сигналов измерения и сигналов управления, причем клеммная коробка (25) связана с осевым регулятором (30), от которого модуль (22) полевой шины направляет сигналы к программируемому управляющему устройству (31).1.
