Claims (20)
1. Система переработки углеводородного материала, содержащая:
печь газификации для пиролиза и газификации, по меньшей мере, одного отхода, остаточного тяжелого углеводородного масла и органического вещества для получения газообразного источника тепла; и
крекинг-печь для термического крекинга углеводородного материала с использованием газообразного источника тепла, полученного в указанной печи газификации.
2. Система переработки углеводородного материала по п.1, в которой указанная крекинг-печь является крекинг-печью для процесса производства этилена.
3. Система переработки углеводородного материала по п.1, в которой указанная печь газификации приспособлена для раздельного получения первого газа пиролизом и газификацией, по меньшей мере, одного отхода, остаточного тяжелого углеводородного масла и органического вещества, и второго газа сжиганием остатка пиролиза и газификации.
4. Система переработки углеводородного материала по п.3, в которой второй газ используют в качестве газообразного источника тепла для указанной крекинг-печи.
5. Система переработки углеводородного материала по п.3, которая дополнительно содержит:
теплообменник для подогрева воздуха вторым газом и
канал для подачи подогретого воздуха в указанную крекинг-печь.
6. Система переработки углеводородного материала, содержащая:
печь газификации для пиролиза и газификации, по меньшей мере, одного отхода, остаточного тяжелого углеводородного масла и органического вещества для получения газообразного источника тепла и
печь риформинга для риформинга углеводородного материала с использованием газообразного источника тепла в указанной печи газификации.
7. Система переработки углеводородного материала по п.6, в которой указанная печь риформинга является печью риформинга процесса получения водорода.
8. Система переработки углеводородного материала по п.6, в которой указанная печь газификации приспособлена для раздельного получения первого газа пиролизом и газификацией, по меньшей мере, одного отхода, остаточного тяжелого углеводородного масла и органического вещества, и второго газа сжиганием остатка пиролиза и газификации.
9. Система переработки углеводородного материала по п.8, в которой второй газ используют в качестве газообразного источника тепла для указанной печи риформинга.
10. Система переработки углеводородного материала по п.8, которая дополнительно включает:
теплообменник для подогрева воздуха вторым газом и
канал для подачи подогретого воздуха в указанную печь риформинга.
11. Способ переработки углеводородного материала, включающий:
пиролиз и газификацию, по меньшей мере, одного отхода, остаточного тяжелого углеводородного масла и органического вещества для получения газообразного источника тепла и
подачу газообразного источника тепла в крекинг-печь для термического крекинга углеводородного материала.
12. Способ переработки углеводородного материала по п.11, в котором указанная крекинг-печь является крекинг-печью для процесса производства этилена.
13. Способ переработки углеводородного материала по п.11, в котором указанные пиролиз и газификация содержат раздельное получение первого газа пиролизом и газификацией, по меньшей мере, одного отхода, остаточного тяжелого углеводородного масла и органического вещества, и второго газа сжиганием остатка пиролиза и газификации.
14. Способ переработки углеводородного материала по п.13, в котором второй газ используют в качестве газообразного источника тепла для указанной крекинг-печи.
15. Способ переработки углеводородного материала по п.13, который дополнительно содержит:
подогрев воздуха путем теплообмена со вторым газом и
подачу подогретого воздуха в указанную крекинг-печь.
16. Способ переработки углеводородного материала, включающий:
пиролиз и газификацию, по меньшей мере, одного отхода, остаточного тяжелого углеводородного масла и органического вещества для получения газообразного источника тепла и
подачу газообразного источника тепла в печь риформинга для риформинга углеводородного материала.
17. Способ переработки углеводородного материала по п.16, в котором указанная печь риформинга является печью риформинга процесса получения водорода.
18. Способ переработки углеводородного материала по п.16, в котором указанные пиролиз и газификация содержат раздельное получение первого газа пиролизом и газификацией, по меньшей мере, одного отхода, остаточного тяжелого углеводородного масла и органического вещества, и второго газа сжиганием остатка пиролиза и газификации.
19. Способ переработки углеводородного материала по п.18, в котором второй газ используют в качестве газообразного источника тепла для указанной печи риформинга.
