Abstract

"PROCESSOS INTEGRADOS PARA PRODUçãO DE PRODUTOS DE HIDROCARBONETOS E ENERGIA, E PARA PRODUçãO DE GáS DE SINTESE E ENERGIA Um processo integrado para produção de produtos de hidrocarbonetos e energia inclui reforma de carga de alimentação gasosa hidrocarbonácea a gás de sintese e reação exotérmica de gás de síntese em temperatura e pressão elevadas, na presença de catalisador de Fischer-Tropsch, para produzir uma faixa de produtos de hidrocarbonetos com diferentes comprimentos de cadeia de carbono. A temperatura de reação é controlada por troca de calor indireta de um meio de reação consistindo de gás de sintese e produtos de hidrocarbonetos com água., com a água sendo convertida a vapor (vapor FT). O processo inclui a queima de um gás combustível em uma câmara de combustão de um gerador de turbina a gás para formar um gás queimado e expandir o gás queimado através de uma câmara de expansão do gerador de turbina a gás para formar gás residual quente. O gerador de turbina a gás gera energia elétrica. O vapor FT é superaquecido por meio do gás residual quente, produzindo assim vapor FT superaquecido.
