Claims (9)

1. Шестеренчатый насос для высоковязких материалов, содержащий корпус (2), шестеренчатую ступень (7) с одним солнечным колесом (14) и несколькими жестко установленными в подшипниках на корпусе сателлитами (16), ступень (6) входного шнека, содержащую соединенный без возможности проворачивания с солнечным колесом (14) вал (12) входного шнека и входной передающе-смешивающий участок (22), и ступень (9) выходного шнека, содержащую соединенный без возможности проворачивания с солнечным колесом (14) вал (20) выходного шнека и выходной передающе-смешивающий участок (25), причем на передающе-смешивающих участках (22, 25) валы (12, 20) шнеков имеют уменьшающуюся в направлении шестеренчатой ступени (7) ходовую глубину, и в корпусе (2; 2а, 2с) навстречу виткам валов (12, 20) шнеков выполнены увеличивающиеся в сечении в направлении шестеренчатой ступени (7) ходы (23, 26), которые заканчиваются соответственно между сателлитами (16).
2. Насос по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сателлиты (16) установлены в подшипниках (18) качения в корпусе (2).
3. Насос по п.2, отличающийся тем, что корпус (2) содержит размещающую вал (12) входного шнека первую часть (2а), окружающую сателлиты (16) и солнечное колесо (14) вторую часть (2b) и размещающую вал (20) выходного шнека третью часть (2с).
4. Насос по п.3, отличающийся тем, что подшипники (18) качения сателлитов (16) размещены в размещающей вал (12) входного шнека первой части (2а) и размещающей вал (20) выходного шнека третьей части (2с) корпуса.
5. Насос по п.1, отличающийся тем, что валы (12, 20) шнеков соединены между собой без возможности проворачивания, предпочтительно с геометрическим замыканием, а солнечное колесо (14) насажено на один из валов (12, 20) шнеков.
6. Насос по п.1, отличающийся тем, что ходовая глубина валов (12, 20) шнеков сходит на нет в направлении шестеренчатой ступени (7).
7. Насос по п.1, отличающийся тем, что шестеренчатая ступень (7) содержит четыре сателлита (16), а корпус содержит на передающе-смешивающих участках (22, 25) по четыре хода (23, 26).
8. Насос по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в первой части (2а) и/или в третьей части (2с) корпуса выполнены соединительные каналы, которые соединяют между собой ходы (23) входного передающе-смешивающего участка (22) с соответствующими ходами (26) выходного передающе-смешивающего участка (25).
9. Насос по п.1, отличающийся тем, что ходы (23) входного передающе-смешивающего участка (22) удалены в направлении периферии от ходов (26) выходного передающе-смешивающего участка (25).
