Abstract
Способ переработки концентратов оксидов природного урана, включающий выщелачивание урана концентрированной азотной кислотой при повышенной температуре и отделение водной фазы от нерастворимого остатка перед экстракционным переделом, отличающийся тем, что выщелачивание осуществляют при весовом отношении азотной кислоты к урану 0,75-0,84 при температуре 85-100°С, с получением концентрации урана в водной фазе 700-800 г/л, пульпу в неохлажденном виде разбавляют слабыми азотнокислыми растворами до заданных для водной фазы экстракционного передела концентраций урана и азотной кислоты, после чего водную фазу отделяют от нерастворимого остатка.A method of processing concentrates of natural uranium oxides, comprising leaching uranium with concentrated nitric acid at an elevated temperature and separating the aqueous phase from the insoluble residue before the extraction redistribution, characterized in that the leaching is carried out at a weight ratio of nitric acid to uranium of 0.75-0.84 at a temperature of 85 -100 ° C, to obtain a concentration of uranium in the aqueous phase of 700-800 g / l, the pulp in uncooled form is diluted with weak nitric acid solutions to the specified extraction phase for the aqueous phase and concentrations of uranium and nitric acid, after which the aqueous phase is separated from the insoluble residue.
