Claims (1)

Способ получения хромитового концентрата из бедных хромсодержащих руд, включающий измельчение руды, термическую обработку, выщелачивание растворами минеральных кислот с последующей фильтрацией суспензии, промывку и сушку конечного продукта, отличающийся тем, что термическую обработку исходного сырья проводят при температуре 500-550°С, процесс выщелачивания и фильтрации проводят в две стадии с дополнительной обработкой твердого остатка раствором едкого натра с последующей фильтрацией, при этом первая стадия выщелачивания заключается в обработке обожженной руды кислым оборотным фильтратом концентрации 230-250 г/л серной или 90-110 г/л соляной кислоты с последующей фильтрацией суспензии и направлением твердого остатка на вторую стадию, а вторая стадия - в обработке твердого остатка раствором серной или соляной кислоты концентрации соответственно 300-550 г/л и 110-220 г/л с последующей фильтрацией суспензии и направлением фильтрата на первую стадию выщелачивания.A method of producing a chromite concentrate from poor chromium-containing ores, including grinding ore, heat treatment, leaching with solutions of mineral acids, followed by filtering the suspension, washing and drying the final product, characterized in that the heat treatment of the feedstock is carried out at a temperature of 500-550 ° C, the leaching process and filtration is carried out in two stages with additional processing of the solid residue with sodium hydroxide solution, followed by filtration, with the first leaching stage being treating the calcined ore with an acid circulating filtrate of a concentration of 230-250 g / l sulfuric or 90-110 g / l hydrochloric acid, followed by filtering the suspension and directing the solid residue to the second stage, and the second stage - processing the solid residue with a solution of sulfuric or hydrochloric acid, respectively 300-550 g / l and 110-220 g / l followed by filtration of the suspension and directing the filtrate to the first leaching stage.
