Пробка, препятствующая доливанию напитков в бутылки, включающая внутреннюю шайбу, зафиксированную в горлышке бутылки и несущую подвижный запорный клапан, причем шайба имеет также выступающую цилиндрическую часть для установки корпуса пробки, оснащенного наружной резьбой для навинчивания крышки и имеющего нижнюю цилиндрическую часть, примыкающую к наружной стороне горлышка бутылки, с тонкой оболочкой, закрывающей снаружи узел крышки и цилиндрического корпуса, соединенный с наружной поверхностью горлышка, характеризующаяся тем, что специальный цилиндрический закупоривающий элемент, образующий цилиндрический корпус, прикрепленный к верхней части горлышка бутылки и охватывающий ее, имеет верхний выступающий фланец и нижний выступающий фланец, подогнутые внутрь под воздействием наружной тонкой оболочки, выполненной с возможностью смещения по вертикали в процессе открывания пробки, так что указанные фланцы из-за своего упруго-поджатого состояния выходят наружу при высвобождении из-под тонкой оболочки и предотвращают повторное опускание указанной наружной тонкой оболочки, причем указанные фланцы остаются на виду, показывая, что пробка бутылки предварительно открывалась.1.
