Abstract

A closure device of the invention contains an inner cover connected by a thread with a pouring sleeve, made with fixing means on the bottle, a gasket, which is fixed in the pouring sleeve, a cap that is installed on an external casing and connected with the inner cover, wherein the device additionally contains an indicator ring, which is positioned between the pouring sleeve and the external casing before the first opening and which becomes visible on the bottle after first opening.

Description

The technical solution relates to compact closure devices for containers, mainly for bottles with high-quality alcoholic beverages, in particular to devices that have tamper evident devices that can indicate that this closure has already been opened at least once.

Recently, there has been an increasing demand for compact capping systems with an indication of unauthorized opening, which clearly indicate to the consumer whether the container was opened by someone earlier in order, for example, to replace its contents with a product that does not correspond to the original one.

Capping devices with tamper indicators that are widely described in domestic and foreign sources of information are known, indicating that the bottle was illegally opened.

Among the known analogues there is a system in which the closure is initially located in one position, but, once removed, it can only be returned to the second position, which visually clearly differs from the first position.

For example, US patent No. 5738231, IPC Β65Ό 55/02, publ. 04/14/1998, describes a screw cover with an indication of opening, where one part of it during the opening process moves so that after opening it cannot return to its original position due to an obstacle in the form of a protrusion on the neck of the container. As a result, this closure plug can only return to a position in which it will be displaced axially relative to its original position.

A container safety lid is also known on request ^ 02005049443. IPC Β65Ό 41/04; Β65Ό 41/34, publ. 06/02/2005, in which there is an annular girdle with a predetermined tear line for connecting the cap to the neck of the bottle before it is first opened. The presence of such a belt allows you to judge whether the bottle was opened earlier.

In both of the aforementioned documents related to the prior art, the lack of reliability of the tamper control, namely the obstructing element, is easily accessible and can be removed, for example cut off, to create the appearance of the pristine integrity of the closure.

The closest in technical essence is the closure device according to the patent of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 107776, IPC Β65Ό 49/00, publ. 08/27/11

The closure device comprises a screw cap with sealing means and tamper indicating means, fixed by thread on a drain sleeve made with fixing means on the bottle, a decorative casing divided into two parts, while the tamper indicating means is made in the form of an annular indicator section connected by a weakened connection with a screw cap, and a cap is located between the screw cap and the upper part of the decorative casing, said cap and screw cap having a medium stvami locking movement in the axial and radial direction of the upper portion of the casing simultaneously with the cap relative to the screw cap in an initial stage of opening by some distance to form the visible indicator portion, and also to transmit torque screw cap with further extension opening process.

In this technical solution, the reliability of the tamper control is insufficient due to imperfections in the execution of the blocking means, which causes the external sleeve to snap back under a certain force with the possibility of closing the visible indicator section.

The technical result of the claimed invention is an improvement in the means of visual indication of an autopsy.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the closure device comprises an inner cover with sealing and fixing elements connected to a drain sleeve made with fixing means on the bottle, an outer casing with a cap placed on it, mounted on the inner cover, and also an opening indicator, this tamper indicating device is made in the form of a separate indicator ring located between the drain sleeve and the outer casing, before opening, and which becomes visible on the boot lke after first opening, and the inner cap is provided with at least one external rib for preventing closing indicator ring when re-capping.

The implementation of the indicator ring in the form of a separate part expands the technological capabilities of the product, allowing it to be made of the necessary material, thereby providing the application of identification means by various methods, for example, laser engraving, in addition, this embodiment allows the ring to remain visible on the bottle after the first opening.

The implementation of the inner sleeve with outer flanges does not allow for repeated capping to close the indicator ring, since the bead always abuts against the upper end surface of the indicator element.

The possibility of carrying out the invention described by the above set of features, as well as the possibility of its implementation can be confirmed by the description of the design of the capping device, made in accordance with this technical solution. The design description is illustrated by graphic materials, which depict the following:

The closure device comprises an inner cover 1, a drain sleeve 2 connected to the inner cover 1, a cap 3, an outer casing 4, a base 5 and an indicator ring 6.

The inner lid 1 is fixed by threading to the drain sleeve 2, on the inner end surface of the lid there is a sealing means 7 in the form of an annular protrusion, which is elongated to ensure tightness during repeated capping. On the outer side surface of the inner cover 1, outer flanges 8 and 9 are made. On the inner surface of the cover 1, a thread 10 is made, and a thrust surface 11 can be formed on the lower thread turn (Fig. 5). Supporting surfaces 12 with axial ribs 13 (Fig. 5) are made on the outer surface, and an annular groove 14 is in the upper part.

The drain sleeve 2 is made with an external thread 15, which interacts with the thread 10 of the inner cover 1. The specified sleeve 2 has a means of fixation on the bottle 16, which come into contact with the ribs of the neck of the bottle, preventing the device from turning. Vertical protrusions 17 are made in the lower part of the outer surface of the sleeve 2, and these protrusions on one side have a rounded surface 18 for easy and comfortable unscrewing, and on the other hand, a thrust surface 19 (Fig. 4) for controlled tightening of the threaded connection when capping. On the inner surface of the drain sleeve 2 there are also vertical ribs 20 for fixing the base 5 in the axial direction.

The cap 3 is installed in the outer casing 4 and connected to the inner cover 1 by means of axial protrusions 21 made on the inner surface and interacting with the axial ribs 13, forming a spline connection, with the possibility of fixing in the radial direction. Moreover, these axial protrusions 21 in this case abut against the supporting surfaces 12 of the inner sleeve 1, while simultaneously securing these parts in the axial direction. On the inner surface of the lid 3 there is an annular flange 22, which participates in axial fixation on the inner lid 1, interacting with the annular groove 14. On the outer surface of the cap 3 there are also protrusions 23 (Fig. 6), which ensure uniform distribution of adhesive during assembly of the product, increasing the reliability of the connection of parts with the outer casing 4, and also ensuring the rigidity of the specified casing 4.

The base 5 is made with the upper sealing element 24 for tight installation in the drain sleeve 2 and the lower sealing element 25 for installation on the rim of the bottle, respectively, and the sealing element 24 is additionally fixed with the ribs 20 of the drain sleeve 2 in the axial direction.

The indicator ring 6 is made in the form of a separate part and is located between the drain sleeve 2 and the outer casing 4 and is made as a separate part, which makes it possible to produce it from various materials, allowing various identification means to be applied to its surface: decorative drawings, inscriptions and other means of individualization various methods, such as laser engraving.

The indicator ring 6 can be made of metal or a polymeric material in a different color combination, different from the color of the outer casing 4.

The outer casing 4 is installed and held on the outer surfaces by mechanical fit or adhesive. In this case, bent edges 26 of the casing 4 can be formed on the lower end outer surface of the cap 3.

During the first opening of the container, the casing 4 together with the cap 3 and the inner cover 1 is unscrewed from the drain sleeve 2, while the outer flange 8 of the cover 1 comes out from under the indicator ring 6, thus forming a visible section with the impossibility of assuming the initial position by the casing 4, signaling at the same time about a preliminary unauthorized opening.

With further opening, the bead 9 leaves completely under the indicator ring 6, which becomes completely visible on the bottle, and when the closure is re-closed, the outer bead 9 comes into contact with the upper end surface of the indicator ring 6, forming the visible portion d1.

The proposed technical solution provides a double indication of opening: preliminary indication at opening, when the indicator ring 6 is partially visible (s), and the final stage of the indication when re-closing, when the specified ring becomes maximally visible and no longer closes (j1).

The proposed closure device is made with all the details as one unit, can be transported separately and is intended for installation on a bottle.

Bottle capping is performed by pressing from top to bottom by means of a capping machine.

Claims (1)

A closure device comprising an inner lid with sealing and locking elements, connected by thread to a drain sleeve made with fixing means on the bottle, an outer casing with a cap placed therein, fixed on the inner lid, and an opening indicator, characterized in that tamper indicators are made in the form of a separate indicator ring located between the drain sleeve and the outer casing with a cap, before opening, and which becomes visible on the bottle by after the first opening, and the inner lid is equipped with at least one outer collar to prevent the indicator ring from closing when re-closing.
