Claims (20)
1. Узел уплотнителя, приспособленный для использования вместе с узлом троакара, содержащий:
множество сегментов уплотнителя, причем каждый сегмент уплотнителя включает в себя периферийную кромку и кромку шва;
каждый сегмент уплотнителя дополнительно включает первую секцию и вторую секцию с вертикальной стенкой, соединяющей первую секцию и вторую секцию таким образом, что первая секция смещена по отношению ко второй секции так, что первая секция первого сегмента уплотнителя может быть установлена на вторую секцию второго сегмента уплотнителя, причем первые секции первого и второго сегментов уплотнителя располагаются в одной плоскости и вторые секции первого и второго сегментов уплотнителя располагаются в одной плоскости;
в котором сегменты уплотнителя собирают в виде взаимно наложенной переплетенной компоновки для получения законченного корпуса уплотнителя, без необходимости использования вторичного уплотнителя.
2. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором собраны четыре сегмента уплотнителя для создания узла уплотнителя.
3. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором каждый из сегментов уплотнителя выполнен, по существу, полукруглым.
4. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором периферийная кромка каждого сегмента уплотнителя образует дугу приблизительно 180 градусов.
5. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором периферийная кромка каждого сегмента уплотнителя включает последовательность отверстий, выполняющих функцию средства крепления сегментов уплотнителя и, в конечном счете, узла уплотнителя.
6. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором узел уплотнителя включает четыре отдельных сегмента уплотнителя, скомбинированных в виде переплетенной компоновки, путем установки первой секции первого сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию второго сегмента уплотнителя, установки первой секции второго сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию третьего сегмента уплотнителя, установки первой секции третьего сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию четвертого сегмента уплотнителя и установки первой секции четвертого сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию первого сегмента уплотнителя.
7. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором каждый сегмент уплотнителя включает изогнутую центральную секцию.
8. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором каждый сегмент уплотнителя выполнен из эластомера или сшитого полимера.
9. Узел троакара, содержащий:
канюлю троакара, включающую в себя проксимальный конец и дистальный конец;
корпус троакара, соединенный с проксимальным концом канюли троакара, предназначенный для приема и направления обтуратора через канюлю троакара, причем корпус троакара включает в себя открытый участок проксимального конца, образующий отверстие, в котором установлен узел уплотнителя;
узел уплотнителя включает в себя:
множество сегментов уплотнителя, причем каждый сегмент уплотнителя включает в себя периферийную кромку и кромку шва;
каждый сегмент уплотнителя дополнительно включает в себя первую секцию и вторую секцию с вертикальной стенкой, соединяющей первую секцию и вторую секцию таким образом, что первая секция смещена по отношению ко второй секции так, что первая секция первого сегмента уплотнителя может быть установлена на второй секции второго сегмента уплотнителя, причем первые секции первого и второго сегментов уплотнителя располагаются в одной плоскости и вторые секции первого и второго сегментов уплотнителя располагаются в одной плоскости;
в котором сегменты уплотнителя собирают в виде взаимно наложенной переплетенной компоновки для получения законченного корпуса уплотнителя, без необходимости использования вторичного уплотнителя.
10. Узел троакара по п.9, в котором собраны четыре сегмента уплотнителя для создания узла уплотнителя.
11. Узел троакара по п.9, в котором каждый из сегментов уплотнителя выполнен, по существу, полукруглым.
12. Узел троакара по п.9, в котором периферийная кромка каждого сегмента уплотнителя образует дугу приблизительно 180 градусов.
13. Узел троакара по п.9, в котором периферийная кромка каждого сегмента уплотнителя включает последовательность отверстий, которые выполняют функцию средства крепления сегментов уплотнителя и, в конечном счете, узла уплотнителя.
14. Узел троакара по п.9, в котором узел уплотнителя включает четыре отдельных сегмента уплотнителя, скомбинированных в виде переплетенной компоновки, путем установки первой секции первого сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию второго сегмента уплотнителя, установки первой секции второго сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию третьего сегмента уплотнителя, установки первой секции третьего сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию четвертого сегмента уплотнителя и установки первой секции четвертого сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию первого сегмента уплотнителя.
15. Узел троакара по п.9, в котором каждый сегмент уплотнителя включает изогнутую центральную секцию.
16. Узел троакара по п.9, в котором каждый сегмент уплотнителя выполнен из эластомера или сшитого полимера.
17. Узел троакара, содержащий:
канюлю троакара, включающую проксимальный конец и дистальный конец;
корпус троакара, соединенный с проксимальным концом канюли троакара, предназначенный для приема и направления обтуратора через канюлю троакара, причем корпус троакара включает в себя открытый участок проксимального конца, образующий отверстие, в котором установлены проксимальный узел уплотнителя и дистальный узел уплотнителя;
причем проксимальный узел уплотнителя включает в себя:
множество сегментов уплотнителя, причем каждый сегмент уплотнителя включает в себя периферийную кромку и кромку шва;
каждый сегмент уплотнителя дополнительно включает в себя первую секцию и вторую секцию с вертикальной стенкой, соединяющей первую секцию и вторую секцию таким образом, что первая секция смещена по отношению ко второй секции так, что первая секция первого сегмента уплотнителя может быть установлена на второй секции второго сегмента уплотнителя, причем первые секции первого и второго сегментов уплотнителя располагаются в одной плоскости и вторые секции первого и второго сегментов уплотнителя располагаются в одной плоскости;
в котором сегменты уплотнителя собирают в виде взаимно наложенной переплетенной компоновки для получения законченного корпуса уплотнителя, без необходимости вторичного уплотнителя.
18. Узел троакара по п.17, в котором периферийная кромка каждого из сегментов уплотнителя образует дугу приблизительно 180 градусов.
19. Узел троакара по п.17, в котором проксимальный узел уплотнителя включает четыре отдельных сегмента уплотнителя, скомбинированных в виде переплетенной компоновки путем установки первой секции первого сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию второго сегмента уплотнителя, установки первой секции второго сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию третьего сегмента уплотнителя, установки первой секции третьего сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию четвертого сегмента уплотнителя и установки первой секции четвертого сегмента уплотнителя на вторую секцию первого сегмента уплотнителя.
20. Узел троакара по п.17, в котором каждый из сегментов уплотнителя выполнен, по существу, полукруглым.
