Claims (8)
1. Способ определения молекулярной массы соединения, содержащего моноэфир фосфорной кислоты, содержит этапы
(1) смешение комплексного соединения, включающего в себя соединение (I), имеющее один вид изотопов цинка, и образца в растворителе для получения раствора и затем регистрация масс-спектра раствора
где R от R1 до R4 представляет собой атомы водорода или заместители,
(2) смешение комплексного соединения, включающего в себя соединение (I), имеющего другой вид изотопов цинка, и образца в растворителе для получения раствора и затем регистрация масс-спектра раствора и
(3) определение молекулярной массы соединения, содержащего моноэфир фосфорной кислоты, сравнением масс-спектров.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором все R от R1 до R4 в комплексном соединении, используемом в способе, представляют собой атомы водорода.
3. Добавка для масс-спектрометрии, используемая для определения молекулярной массы соединения, содержащего моноэфир фосфорной кислоты, содержит реагент, имеющий комплексное соединение, включающее в себя соединение (I), имеющее один вид изотопов цинка, и реагент, имеющий комплексное соединение, включающее в себя соединение (I), имеющее другой вид изотопов цинка;
где R от R1 до R4 представляет собой атомы водорода или заместители.
4. Добавка для масс-спектрометрии по п.3, причем все R от R1 до R4 комплексного соединения в реагенте представляют собой атомы водорода.
5. Добавка для масс-спектрометрии по п.3 или 4, причем комплексное соединение дополнительно образует комплекс соединения (I) и ацетатного иона.
6. Добавка для масс-спектрометрии по п.4, причем комплексное соединение дополнительно образует комплекс соединения (I) и ацетатного иона.
7. Добавка для масс-спектрометрии по п.3, причем реагент находится в виде соли.
8. Добавка для масс-спектрометрии по п.3, причем реагент находится в виде раствора.
