Способ химической переработки бересты путем выделения бетулина из измельченной бересты, освобожденной известным способом от луба и механических примесей, путем экстракции органическими растворителями в едином замкнутом экстракционно- регенерационном технологическом комплексе, отличающийся тем, что процесс экстракции ведут в экстракторе проточного типа при температуре кипения растворителя с непрерывным отбором экстракта в куб-испаритель, а также паров растворителя из экстрактора и куба-испарителя в конденсатор, конденсацией паров и возвратом конденсата растворителя в рецикл с очисткой бетулина и получением суберината натрия.1. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при регенерации растворителя содержание бетулина и других экстрактивных веществ в кубе-испарителе доводят до концентрации примерно в два раза превышающей концентрацию насыщенного раствора при температуре кипения растворителя, после чего экстракт охлаждают и фильтрацией отделяют бетулин.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что экстракт обрабатывают основаниями непосредственно в кубе-испарителе в ходе непрерывной регенерации экстрагента, при этом концентрацию экстрактивных веществ в кубе-испарителе поддерживают ниже концентрации насыщенного раствора бетулина при температуре кипения, по окончании процесса горячий обезвоженный экстракт фильтруют для отделения твердых солей полифенолов и кислот, фильтрат охлаждают и отделяют очищенный бетулин фильтрацией.6.
