Claims (7)

1. Способ улучшения магнитных свойств полученных с помощью порошковой металлургии ММК-деталей, заключающийся в том, что подвергают прессованное тело, состоящее из магнитно-мягкого материала из изолированных порошковых частиц и органической смазки, снимающей напряжения термической обработке в атмосфере печи; регулируют атмосферу печи до содержания СО менее 0,25% по объему; и останавливают термическую обработку, когда деталь достигла температуры, по меньшей мере, 400°С.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором содержание СО в атмосфере печи составляет менее 0,1% по объему, предпочтительно менее 0,05% по объему.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором изолированные порошковые частицы состоят из базового порошка по существу чистого железа с изолирующим кислород- и фосфорсодержащим барьером.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором термическую обработку останавливают, когда деталь достигла температуры между 450 и 650°С, предпочтительно между 450 и 600°С.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором термическую обработку осуществляют в атмосфере печи, содержащей, по меньшей мере, 10% кислорода по объему, при заданной температуры печи между 450 и 1000°С.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором концентрацию СО измеряют в, по меньшей мере, одной точке печи термической обработки во время всего цикла термической обработки.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором содержание СО уменьшают до величины ниже 0,25%, предпочтительно ниже 0,1%, а наиболее предпочтительно ниже 0,05% по объему, путем регулирования потока воздуха через печь.
