Сущность изобретени : циркуль содержит шарнирный параллелограмм, состо щий из левой, правой и средней ножек и нижнего звена. Шатун, дополнительное звено, права ножка и верхн часть левой ножки образуют дополнительный шарнирный параллелограмм. На шатуне установлен ползун с фиксатором.
