Способ деструктивноадсорбционной переработки тяжелых нефтяных остатков и битуминозных нефтей, включающий их регулируемую конверсию путем контактирования с нагретым циркулирующим адсорбентом в реакторе циклонного типа, состоящее из участка горизонтальной трубы, на торцевой части которой установлены сырьевые форсунки, тангенциально входящей в первичный циклон, внутри которого размещен батарейный циклон, где осуществляется сепарация продуктов реакций от частиц адсорбента, из секции отпарки закоксованного адсорбента водяным паром, патрубок ввода и вывода адсорбента, подачи водяного пара и вывода продуктов реакций из реактора, обжиг закоксованного адсорбента в регенераторе с кипящим слоем при температурах 700-800°С, отличающийся тем, что способ осуществляют при температурах 500-710°С и времени контакта 0,01-0,1 с, в качестве адсорбента применяют природные железорудные материалы и отходы их переработки (железорудный концентрат, огарок обжига колчедана и др.).1.
