Claims (13)
1. Усовершенствованное лазерное устройство, содержащее световой карандаш, из которого выходят лазерные пучки, причем световой карандаш пользователь может держать в руке и свободно перемещать относительно поверхности кожи пациента, отличающееся тем, что содержит
а) множество источников лазерной энергии для генерации множества лазерных пучков, при этом указанное множество источников лазерной энергии смонтировано в указанном световом карандаше; и
б) оптическое устройство, прикрепленное к карандашу, для приема лазерных пучков и для преобразования каждого лазерного пучка в световое пятно требуемой формы.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, два лазерных пучка испускаются одновременно.
3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит устройство управления для обеспечения независимого управления генерацией лазерной энергии каждым из множества источников лазерной энергии.
4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждый из источников лазерной энергии имеет мощность менее одного ватта.
5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из источников лазерной энергии является полупроводниковым диодом.
6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что источник лазерной энергии генерирует лазерный пучок, имеющий длину волны в видимом диапазоне.
7. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, одна из форм светового пятна является, по существу, линейной.
8. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что первому лазерному пучку соответствует пятно первой формы, и второму лазерному пучку соответствует пятно второй формы, при этом форма первого пятна, по существу, является линейной, и форма второго пятна является круглой.
9. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно имеет схему управления для управления шириной импульса, соответствующей каждому лазерному пучку.
10. Устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что ширина импульса, по меньшей мере, одного из лазерных пучков такова, что испускаемое лазерное излучение является, по существу, непрерывным.
11. Устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что первому лазерному пучку соответствует первая ширина импульса, и второму лазерному пучку соответствует вторая ширина импульса, при этом первая ширина импульса такова, что лазерное излучение является, по существу, непрерывным, и вторая ширина импульса не равна нулю.
12. Устройство по п.11, отличающееся тем, что ширина второго импульса составляет менее 100000 Гц.
13. Усовершенствованное лазерное устройство, содержащее световой карандаш, из которого выходят лазерные пучки, причем световой карандаш имеет внутреннюю полость, и пользователь может держать его в руке и свободно перемещать по отношению к поверхности кожи пациента, отличающееся тем, что содержит
а) первый источник лазерной энергии на полупроводниковом диоде, генерирующий первый лазерный пучок, и второй источник лазерной энергии на полупроводниковом диоде, генерирующий второй лазерный пучок, причем указанные первый и второй источники лазерной энергии смонтированы в световом карандаше, при этом, по меньшей мере, один из лазерных пучков имеет длину волны в красном диапазоне видимого спектра;
б) оптическое устройство, установленное во внутренней полости светового карандаша для приема лазерных пучков и для преобразования каждого лазерного пучка в пятно требуемой формы, при этом форма пятна первого лазерного пучка является, по существу, линейной, и форма пятна второго лазерного пучка является, по существу, круговой;
в) схема управления для управления шириной импульса, соответствующей каждому лазерному пучку, при этом первый лазерный пучок представляет собой непрерывное излучение, и второму лазерному пучку соответствует вторая ширина импульса, которая больше нуля.
