Claims (5)
1. Система управления режимами электроэнергетических систем, состоящей из ряда подсистем, соединенных средствами связи с вычислительной машиной, и соединенным с нею модулем оптимизации, отличающаяся тем, что вычислительная машина выбрана как вычислительная машина верхнего уровня, а каждая подсистема снабжена вычислительной машиной нижнего уровня, на которой реализованы модуль оптимизации и блок расчета функциональных характеристик данной подсистемы, при этом система снабжена также средствами связи верхнего уровня и средствами связи нижнего уровня, вычислительные машины нижнего уровня через средства связи верхнего уровня соединены с вычислительной машиной верхнего уровня, а через средства связи нижнего уровня соединены с подсистемами.
2. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вычислительная машина верхнего уровня выполняет расчет задающих переменных подсистем, являющихся оптимальными перетоками мощности между подсистемами.
3. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что модуль оптимизации выполнен в виде блока расчета внутреннего оптимального режима соответствующей подсистемы при известных оптимальных значениях граничных переменных.
4. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, блок расчета функциональных характеристик подсистемы рассчитывает зависимость между граничными переменными подсистемы и множителями Лагранжа подсистем при выполнении условий оптимальности режима подсистем и соблюдении внутренних ограничений в виде равенств и неравенств.
5. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что средства связи нижнего уровня и средства связи верхнего уровня могут быть реализованы в виде телефонной, цифровой сети, спутниковой или Интернет/Интранет связи.
