Claims (15)
1. Ткань, отличающаяся наличием однонаправленных баллистически стойких нитей пряжи, расположенных, по меньшей мере, в двух слоях, причем указанные слои расположены под углом 90°±5° по отношению друг к другу, указанные баллистически стойкие нити пряжи стабилизированы переплетениями второй ткани, причем указанная вторая ткань сформирована из нитей, имеющих значительно меньшую прочность на разрыв и коэффициент растяжимости, чем баллистически стойкая пряжа.
2. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что баллистически стойкая пряжа представляет собой высокоэффективнную баллистически стойкую пряжу.
3. Ткань по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что баллистически стойкая пряжа имеет прочность на разрыв, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 15 грамм на денье, и коэффициент растяжимости, по меньшей мере, 400 грамм на денье.
4. Ткань по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что баллистически стойкая пряжа выбрана из группы, состоящей из арамидных волокон, полиэтиленовых волокон с растянутой цепью, поли(п-фенилен-2,6-бензобисоксазоловых) (РВО) волокон и стекловолокон.
5. Ткань по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что нити пряжи второй ткани имеют размер в диапазоне 20-1000 денье.
6. Ткань по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что нити пряжи второй ткани выбраны из группы, состоящей из натуральных волокон, предпочтительно хлопка, шерсти, сизаля, льна, джута или шелка, синтетических волокон, предпочтительно волокон из регенерированной целлюлозы, вискозы, вискозы полинозик, сложных эфиров целлюлозы, акриловых, модакриловых, полиамидных, полиолефиновых, полиэфирных, каучуковых волокон, волокон из синтетического каучука и сарановых волокон, более предпочтительно, из волокон из полиакрилонитрила, сополимеров акрилонитрила и винилхлорида, полигексаметиленадипамида, поликарбоамида, полиундеканоамида, полиэтилена, полипропилена и полиэтилентерефталата и стекла.
7. Ткань по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что пряжа второй ткани имеет высокую степень удлинения, и предпочтительно ее разрыв происходит до разрыва баллистически стойких нитей пряжи при ударе снаряда о ткань.
8. Ткань по любому из пп.1-7, отличающаяся тем, что ткань выполнена с покрытием или содержит пленку, нанесенную на нее в качестве слоя.
9. Ткань по любому из пп.1-8, отличающаяся тем, что нити пряжи второй ткани имеют диаметр, составляющий до 14%, предпочтительно 2,5% диаметра баллистически стойкой пряжи.
10. Ткань по любому из пп.1-9, отличающаяся тем, что нити пряжи второй ткани имеют максимальный коэффициент растяжимости, составляющий 1777 грамм на текс.
11. Ткань по любому из пп.1-10, отличающаяся тем, что нити пряжи второй ткани имеют максимальную прочность при 3%-ном удлинении, составляющую 0,31% от максимальной прочности баллистически стойкой пряжи.
12. Ткань по любому одному из пп.1-11, отличающаяся тем, что количество нитей пряжи баллистически стойкой пряжи на дюйм составляет 40-85%, предпочтительно 50% плюс или минус один, от максимальной плотности нитей, с которой их можно соткать с использованием полотняного переплетения ткани, состоящей полностью из баллистически стойкой пряжи того же размера.
13. Ткань, по любому из пп.1-12, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена многослойной.
14. Ткань по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что имеет прошивку ткани через все множество слоев, благодаря чему улучшено ее сопротивление к проникновению.
15. Ткань по п.13 или 14, отличающаяся тем, что множество слоев состоит из двух наложенных друг на друга слоев квазиоднонаправленной ткани.
