Claims (6)

1. Система передачи и хранения аудио/видео данных (DT), зашифрованных с использованием, по меньшей мере, одного управляющего слова (CW) и сопровождаемых зашифрованным файлом (MD), содержащим управляющее слово или управляющие слова (CW) и первые условия использования зашифрованных данных, установленные поставщиком указанных данных, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит средства для дешифрования указанного файла (MD), средства для верификации выполнения первых условий и, в случае их выполнения, для повторного шифрования указанного файла (MD) при ассоциировании с ним вторых условий использования, установленных дистрибьютором указанных данных.
2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вторые условия содержат, по меньшей мере, раздел, определяющий права на немедленное использование зашифрованных данных, и раздел, определяющий права на отложенное использование зашифрованных данных.
3. Система по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что раздел, определяющий права на отложенное использование зашифрованных данных, включает в себя тип требуемой подписки, цену использования указанных данных или максимальное количество использовании.
4. Система по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что принадлежит видеосерверу (VS), содержащему блок (SM) безопасности, осуществляющий определение данных, устанавливающих условия доступа к указанным аудио/видео данным.
5. Способ передачи и хранения аудио/видео данных (DT), зашифрованных с использованием, по меньшей мере, одного управляющего слова (CW), предусматривающий следующие операции: шифрование аудио/видео данных с помощью ключей шифрования (CW), которые изменяются в зависимости от времени в первой точке, соответствующей местоположению поставщика указанных данных, шифрование файла (МТ), образованного указанными ключами шифрования и первыми условиями доступа к указанным аудио/видео данным, определенными указанным поставщиком, передача и хранение аудио/видео данных независимо от указанного файла (МТ), в случае использования указанных данных дистрибьютором, посылка указанного файла (МТ) в блок (SM) безопасности, обеспечивающий дешифрование указанного файла (МТ) и верификацию первых условий доступа, повторное шифрование указанного файла (МТ) со вторыми условиями доступа, соответствующими условиям, установленным дистрибьютором.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что предусматривает определение вторых условий доступа посредством раздела, определяющего права на немедленное использование зашифрованных данных, и раздела, определяющего права на отложенное использование зашифрованных данных.
