Способ биологической очистки сточных вод, включающий процеживание воды для выделения крупных механических примесей, отстаивание для задерживания песка, обработку стоков микроорганизмами для удаления из воды растворенных и коллоидных органических веществ, а также биогенных элементов и последующее обеззараживание очищенных стоков для уничтожения патогенных микроорганизмов перед выпуском в поверхностный водоем или на повторное использование, отличающийся тем, что биологическую очистку осуществляют с использованием трехиловой системы, в которой, первая иловая система работает с бактериальным биоценозом и суточными нагрузками на ил не менее 1 кгБПКполн на 1 кг беззольного вещества ила, и снабжена илоотделителем отстойного типа, вторая иловая система работает с нитриденитрифицирующим биоценозом, включающим сообщество гетеротрофных и автотрофных бактерий, простейших и мелких животных третьего трофического уровня, суточными нагрузками на ил не более 200 гБПКполн на 1 кг беззольного вещества ила и снабжена илоотделителем отстойного типа, третья иловая система работает с нитрифицирующим и минерализирующим биоценозом, преимущественно состоящим из гидробионтов третьего трофического уровня, зоопланктона, фиксированного в объеме сооружения, снабженного волокнистой насадкой, системой барботеров для внесения кислорода и создания циркуляционных потоков воды и иловой смеси, вытекающей из второй иловой системы, через волокнистую насадку, заселенную зоопланктоном, с суточными нагрузками не более 1 кг сухого вещества ила, вносимого второй иловой системой на 1 кг сухого вещества зоопланктона, фиксированного на волокнистой насадке третьей иловой системы, снабжена коммуникациями для удаления фекалий, псевдофекалий и отмершего зоопланктона на сооружения по обработке осадков сточных вод.1.
