Claims (2)
1. Амидное соединение формулы (I)
в которой R1 представляет N-содержащую гетероциклическую группу, выбранную из имидазолильной, триазолильной, пиридильной, пиридазинильной, пиримидинильной и пиразинильной группы, каждая из которых может быть замещена одной или несколькими низшими алкильными группами;
R2 представляет атом водорода или низшую алкильную группу и
R3 представляет фенильную группу, замещенную тиенилом или галогенфенилом; тиенильную группу, замещенную тиенилом, фенилом или галогенфенилом; пирролильную группу, замещенную фенилом; тиазолильную группу, замещенную фенилом; индолильную группу, замещенную низшим алкилом и/или галоген(низшим)алкилом; флуоренильную группу или карбазолильную группу,
при условии, что
(1) имидазолильная группа для R1 замещена одной или несколькими алкильными группами, когда R3 представляет фенильную группу, замещенную тиенилом; индолильную группу, замещенную низшим алкилом; или карбазолильную группу,
(2) имидазолильная группа для R1 замещена двумя низшими алкильными группами, когда R3 представляет фенильную группу, замещенную галогенфенилом, или
(3) R1 представляет пиридильную, пиридазинильную, пиримидинильную, пиразинильную, 4-(низший алкил)имидазол-1-ильную или 4,5-ди(низший алкил)имидазол-1-ильную группу, когда R3 представляет флуоренильную группу и его соль.
2. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая амидное соединение формулы (I):
в которой R1 представляет N-содержащую гетероциклическую группу, выбранную из имидазолильной, триазолильной, пиридильной, пиридазинильной, пиримидинильной и пиразинильной группы, каждая из которых может быть замещена одной или несколькими низшими алкильными группами,
R2 представляет атом водорода или низшую алкильную группу; и
R3 представляет фенильную группу, замещенную тиенилом или галогенфенилом; тиенильную группу, замещенную тиенилом, фенилом или галогенфенилом; пирролильную группу, замещенную фенилом; тиазолильную группу, замещенную фенилом; индолильную группу, замещенную низшим алкилом и/или галоген(низшим)алкилом; флуоренильную группу; или карбазолильную группу,
при условии, что
(1) имидазолильная группа для R1 замещена одной или несколькими алкильными группами, когда R3 представляет фенильную группу, замещенную тиенилом; индолильную группу, замещенную низшим алкилом; или карбазолильную группу,
(2) имидазолильная группа для R1 замещена двумя низшими алкильными группами, когда R3 представляет фенильную группу, замещенную галогенфенилом, или
(3) R1 представляет пиридильную, пиридазинильную, пиримидинильную, пиразинильную, 4-(низший алкил)имидазол-1-ильную или 4,5-ди(низший алкил)имидазол-1-ильную группу, когда R3 представляет флуоренильную группу, или его нетоксичную фармацевтически приемлемую соль.
