Claims (19)
1. Фитинг для соединения противолежащих концов двух пластмассовых труб посредством сварки сплавлением, содержащий кольцевой корпус с внутренней цилиндрической поверхностью из пластмассы, которая окружает цилиндрическую полость для помещения в нее противолежащих концов двух подлежащих соединению пластмассовых труб, электропроводящую спираль, выполненную в указанной внутренней цилиндрической поверхности и окружающую цилиндрическую полость, причем спираль имеет противоположные концы, пару клемм для присоединения к управляемому источнику электроэнергии, каждая из которых соединена с соответствующим концом спирали и выполнена на корпусе, и кольцевой армирующий элемент, размещенный в корпусе и окружающий спираль, причем указанный кольцевой армирующий элемент имеет желобчатую поверхность, сопряженную с кольцевым телом, и эта желобчатая поверхность образует множество обращенных друг к другу и расположенных вдоль оси поверхностей, при этом кольцевой армирующий элемент имеет достаточную прочность на разрыв, вследствие чего содержащий данный фитинг трубопровод обладает возможностью без повреждения выдерживать давление текучей среды, превышающее 25 бар (2,5 МПа).
2. Фитинг по п.1, в котором кольцевой корпус состоит из отформованной под давлением пластмассы и содержит внутреннюю кольцевую часть и внешнюю кольцевую часть, окружающую указанную внутреннюю кольцевую часть, а между этими внутренней и внешней кольцевыми частями расположен кольцевой армирующий элемент.
3. Фитинг по п.1 или 2, в котором указанная желобчатая поверхность выполнена по меньшей мере на одной, внешней и внутренней, из цилиндрических поверхностей кольцевого армирующего элемента.
4. Фитинг по п.3, в котором желобчатая поверхность содержит на соответствующей цилиндрической поверхности множество кольцевых желобков или по меньшей мере один спиральный желобок.
5. Фитинг по п.3 или 4, в котором указанный желобок или каждый имеющийся желобок образован между парой противолежащих и обращенных друг к другу поверхностей кольцевого армирующего элемента, расположенных вдоль его оси.
6. Фитинг по п.5, в котором указанные обращенные друг к другу и расположенные вдоль оси поверхности ограничены желобчатым профилем, выбранным из квадратной, прямоугольной, скругленной квадратной или скругленной прямоугольной форм.
7. Фитинг по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором указанный желобок или каждый имеющийся желобок имеет глубину 1,5 - 6 мм и ширину 2 - 12 мм.
8. Фитинг по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором кольцевой армирующий элемент дополнительно снабжен множеством отверстий, проходящих через него.
9. Фитинг по п.8, в котором каждое отверстие является круглым в поперечном сечении.
10. Фитинг по п.9, в котором каждое круглое отверстие имеет диаметр, по существу равный ширине желобка.
11. Фитинг по п.8, в котором каждое отверстие выполнено в виде линейной щели, проходящей в окружном направлении.
12. Фитинг по п.11, в котором каждая щель имеет ширину, по существу равную ширине желобка, и длину, в 2-10 раз превышающую ширину щели.
13. Трубопровод, содержащий по меньшей мере две полиэтиленовые трубы, которые имеют противолежащие концы, соединенные посредством по меньшей мере одного фитинга по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем внутренняя цилиндрическая поверхность кольцевого корпуса приварена путем сплавления к внешней цилиндрической поверхности каждого конца трубы, сам кольцевой корпус состоит из полиэтилена, а кольцевой армирующий элемент имеет по меньшей мере такую же прочность на разрыв в направлении по окружности, как и полиэтиленовые трубы.
14. Трубопровод по п.13, в котором трубы выбраны из многослойных труб и армированных труб, и этот трубопровод выдерживает максимальное давление, превышающее 25 бар (2,5 МПа).
15. Способ изготовления фитинга для соединения противолежащих концов двух пластмассовых труб посредством сварки сплавлением, включающий следующие этапы: (а) создание электропроводящей спирали вокруг по существу цилиндрического сердечника, (б) формование первой части кольцевого корпуса фитинга вокруг спирали и сердечника и размещение кольцевого армирующего элемента вокруг первой части кольцевого корпуса, (в) формование второй части кольцевого корпуса фитинга вокруг армирующего элемента, первой части кольцевого корпуса и сердечника для образования этого фитинга, (г) удаление сердечника из фитинга.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором этапы (б) и (в) осуществляют в виде последовательности этапов.
17. Способ по п.15, в котором этапы (б) и (в) осуществляют как один этап, при котором первую и вторую части кольцевого корпуса с расположенным между ними армирующим элементом формуют одновременно.
18. Способ по любому из пп.15-17, в котором кольцевой армирующий элемент имеет сопряженную с кольцевым корпусом желобчатую поверхность, которая образует множество обращенных друг к другу и расположенных вдоль оси поверхностей, а во время формования по меньшей мере одной части кольцевого тела, первой и второй, по меньшей мере одну из этих частей заформовывают в желобчатую поверхность.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором указанную желобчатую поверхность выполняют на внутренней цилиндрической поверхности кольцевого армирующего элемента, а во время этапа формования обеспечивают усадку второй части кольцевого тела в желобчатую поверхность.
