Abstract
Изобретение относитс к электротехнике, а именно к электрическим схемам логических элементов , и может быть использовано при разработке элементов ЭСЛ с защитой от воздействи дестабилизирующих фактов (ДФ). Цепь изобретени заключаетс в повышении устойчивости устройства к воздействию дестабилизирующих факторов. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что источник содержит блок 3 отключени генератора 1 тока питани состо щий из фототранзистора 11 и ограничительного резистора 12с соответствующими св з ми . Во врем воздействи ДФ в коллекторном переходе фототранзистора 11 генерируетс ток. При превышении этим током определенной величины, котора определ етс ограничительным резистором 12, фототок усиливаетс фототранзистором 11 и поступает на выход блока 3 отключени генератора тока Усиленный ток отключает генераторы 1 тока питани переключателей 4 тока В результате во врем воздействи ДФ режимные токи в устройстве не протекают, что позвол ет увеличить уровень интенсивности воздействи ДФ на устройство без выхода последнего из стро . 2 ил.The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to electrical circuits of logic elements, and can be used in the development of ESL elements with protection against the effects of destabilizing facts (DF).
