Abstract

The device for coloring long products is intended for use in many industrial fields where coloring of long products is required. A long product to be painted is suspended to the required height with the help of retaining elements and dragged through an opening in the housing. When a painted product enters through an opening in the housing, the supply of paints and varnishes under pressure through nozzles is turned on. At the same time, the holding elements on which the lengthy product is hung pass through the through groove on the housing.

The technical result achieved by the proposed device for painting long lengths, is the absence of restrictions on the length of the painted products.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the housing is open at opposite ends and provided with a through groove in the upper part, while the nozzles are located radially on the inner surface of the housing and are directed towards the longitudinal axis of the housing cavity.

The nozzles of the device are located in the same plane and are directed radially to the center of the section of the painted long products that are pulled through the device.
